Mum has settled in so well. That's down to the staff. They go above and beyond to make sure she's clean and well looked after. I go to visit all the time at different times and I'm met with a friendly smile and they always have time to chat and get me up to speed on mum.
I cared for mum for four years and trying to hold down a job was difficult at times but I feel a weight has been lifted and to see her happy makes me happy. I can't thank the staff enough.
My Mother is so settled, and also seeing that they they bring in entertainment like shows, also singer, the staff are very friendly, and welcome you into the home I will recommended others to visit its a nice garden to sit in.
This is the first care home I have had experience with and it is 10/10 The staff are amazing, welcoming and friendly. So many activities, shows, Valentine's Day, silent Disco! Amazing fun for all. Cant beat it!
Everyone is very helpful and making my gran feel comfortable. They're good at keeping us updated and let us know what's been going on, even when we haven't been there. All staff are very friendly to us and my gran. Room is always clean and very tidy making it a nice space for her to lie in. As much as she can, she will take part in activities. They're still always giving her attention and making her feel at home.
Thank you very much for your review and we are delighted that you have had a positive experience and gran is comfortable and happy at Braemount.
We recently celebrated my dad's 80th birthday at Braemount Care Home and I couldn't be more impressed with the care and attention that went into making the day so special. The staff went above and beyond to create a wonderful, warm, and joyful celebration for him. The room was beautifully decorated, and they made sure every detail was perfect. The staff at Braemount are always very friendly to us and it was clear they genuinely care about their residents' happiness. My dad had the best time, surrounded by friends, family, and the compassionate staff who make this care home such a fantastic place. The level of care and personal attention we witnessed reassured us that he is in excellent hands. Thank you to everyone at Braemount Care Home for turning his milestone birthday into an unforgettable memory. I wholeheartedly recommend this care home to anyone looking for a caring and supportive environment for their loved ones.

Yesterday was my father's 80th birthday. I can not thank one member of staff enough for her efforts to make his day memorable. She set up a beautiful table with a lovely tablecloth and runners, afternoon tea cake stands, flowers, plates, bowls and condiments. She organised the soup, scones, tea, coffee and bubbles. My dad had a great afternoon surrounded by friends and family. I would like to extend my thanks to all the staff in the house for looking after him and making sure he was cared for yesterday and every day. Thank you all.
Thank you so much for sharing your recent experience after your dear father's 80th Birthday celebrations. We will pass on your kind words of thanks to the whole team. Best wishes.
Braemount Care Home is a lovely bright accommodation for the elderly. Staff cannot do enough for the residents. I have attended the strength and balance session where residents are encouraged to take part in some light exercise, followed by a sing-song then tea and cake, giving residents a chance to interact with one another. The open week at the end of June was very well organised and good fun for both residents and families.
Thank you very much for your lovely review and for attending some of the recent events and activities at Braemount. Hope to see you again very soon. Best wishes.

I have only been visiting for a few weeks and I have found the staff in all departments very welcoming, helpful and friendly. They treat residents individually and I have seen great understanding when relating to my friend as his specific needs are different. I consider this very positive as his frame of mind is of the utmost importance so keeping him calm and in a peaceful mood is very nice to see. I appreciate that they listen and observe his needs and work with him to make him comfortable, I am very happy with the service I have seen so far.
Thank you very much for your review. It's great to know that you are so pleased with the care your friend receives at Braemount and we will pass on your kind comments to the team.
The staff have brought Mum back to me again and my son his gran and my uncle his sister. I can now sleep at night knowing she is in the safe hands of the wonderful staff, from manager, nurses and caring staff, who are all looking out for Mammy. One of the staff even came on her day off at Christmas time to curl her hair, bless her. Rightly so, no one wants their family in a care home, but this one is 2nd to none in my book. So the place has made Mammy feel safe. As do I, as I know she is getting the best care around. Big thanks to Braemount Care Home, Paisley.
Thank you so much for your lovely and heart-warming review. On behalf of the whole team at Braemount, we are absolutely delighted that your dear mum is doing so well and thriving in her new home. Best wishes to you and the family.
The atmosphere has improved significantly in the last few months. Staff seem happier therefore residents are more content.
The environment is homely and very clean.
My Mum recently celebrated her birthday and staff made an occasion of it with a cake at tea time with other residents.
Hello Arleen and thank you very much for your review and kind comments. We will pass on your words of praise to the staff team who will be delighted to read your feedback. We are so glad that your dear mum enjoyed her birthday celebration. Best wishes.
