My mum is safe and well cared for in Ailsa Craig. The staff are kind and caring. They regularly ask for feedback and do take this onboard. It is lovely that they have family events which the whole family can attend

Was a very good day for everyone get to gether to have some fun un the sun with a little ice-cream. Bouncy castle was great for the children to have a little play. The Tomboler was a bit expensive though.

The service my wife is receiving is informed, caring and friendly. The atmosphere of the home is welcoming, and the residents are encouraged to sit out in the lovely gardens when the weather is good. They also have a mini-bus for outings, a visiting hairdresser and podiatrist. There is a menu...

Every single staff member is just so understanding, they listen, nothing is a bother, anything we ask, they work very hard and still have time to have such a caring manner. It is so reassuring for us. The nurses are there, and each and every one are so so nice....

The level of gratitude our family feel is hard to put into words but it helped us through some difficult days.
Mum has been in Alisa Craig for a few months now. She seems settled and happy. The staff have been responsive to any questions we have had. Mums care and wellbeing needs seem well cater for and as a family we feel we have peace of mind.
