My dad has been a resident in Greenfield Care home since July 2018.
The staff are very efficient and caring. Everyone goes out of their way to make the residents feel as though they are in their real home.
The care and kindness they give is just wonderful. It is a lovely environment supplying great

I find this care home as one of the best I have come across. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and look after my father really well.

The care and support given to my dad was outstanding. All the staff are amazing so friendly and approachable at all times. Unfortunately, my dad passed away at Greenfield Park Care Home on Boxing Day and the care and support given by the staff was absolutely outstanding.

My granddaughter and some of her classmates came down to do some songs and dance for the ladies. The teacher spoke to me and said she had been in a few care homes where there was a smell as soon as you entered so could not get away with how clean the place was and how friendly the staff was. My mother
has a better social life than I do now.

The home is a first class example of a well-managed facility. Patients are cared for as individuals with dignity and respect. The activity team are second to none, they are constantly organising events both inside and outside the centre. There is care given at all levels. The hairdressing salon member
of staff shows great empathy with the patients and delivers a therapeutic service to the patients.

All staff are very pleasant and friendly, very caring atmosphere and nothing is too much trouble. Mother could not be in better hands. Mums room is always very clean and tidy, clean bedding, clean room and always nicely presented.

My father was only in Greenfield Park for a few months, but throughout this time, we as a family, were very pleased with the care and attention he received.
Dad was encouraged and enjoyed taking part in the activities when he was able and really enjoyed the "cinema".
We were regularly updated on dad's
health and care and were involved with his care needs. The staff were excellent at all times and always spoke to us when we visited. Dad liked to wonder at night and the staff were happy to have him sit with them and talk to them.

I have a good knowledge of what works in a care home as I myself was a home carer for 32 years and you have to care and support clients and I feel that the staff have taken all efforts to do just that.
He is treated with dignity and respect, they genuinely take care to address anything that crops up.
They
listen to us as a family if we ask them to monitor anything that has cropped up due, perhaps, to a new illness eg virus or infection. They have become my brother's extended family.

I would like to thank the manager and his team at Greenfield Park for all the care and support they provided to my brother in law. They allowed my sister to spend quality time with her husband and as a family, we all felt he had a good quality of life in the few months he was in the home and due to

My gran was in your care for two weeks before passing and the support and care my gran and all my family were given were above and beyond expectations. The whole team in the Finlay suite were amazing, very friendly and attentive to my gran and us too. Myself and my family could not thank you all enough

All staff tending my husband (from manager to domestic). I cannot speak highly enough of them. Their care was beyond 1st class, extremely professioanl but treated everyone as friends whilst attending to their every need.
