I would like to thank the manager and his team at Greenfield Park for all the care and support they provided to my brother in law. They allowed my sister to spend quality time with her husband and as a family, we all felt he had a good quality of life in the few months he was in the home and due to his condition we all felt we had our old relative back.

Myself and family are delighted with the standard of care that my mother has received while in Greenfield Park.
She has settled very well, put on weight and is now much more active and mobile.
This is very much due to the interaction of the staff.
It is warm, friendly and welcoming.

My mother is very happy and settled here.

I wanted to bring my dad home to my new house for dinner and the manager gave me a loan of Dad's table on wheels. Everything went smoothly. That was my only concern, to bring Dad home for a few hours.

Secondly, the nurse manager in Rosley, what a lovely lady. Very helpful. But most of all she is looking out for my mum. My mum can do too much at times and this nurse manager is always giving her helpful advice. Also on another occasion, Mum came in to see Dad on her birthday. I mentioned it to the front desk and all the staff in Rosley came in to see Mum with a wee cake and candles, singing Happy Birthday to her.

When my mother-in-law first went to Greenfield Park we didn't know how she would react as she lived in her own house for 34 years, but she took to all the staff and the room she was in straight away. It made all the family so happy that she settled in so quickly, your staff and cleanliness are brilliant in every way. We cannot thank you all enough for everything you have done. I would recommend this home to anyone!

At first, I was not sure if the care home was suitable for my mother's needs, but after a short period of time, I was reassured that the care home was the best place for my mum to be in. The staff are friendly and very helpful. This makes me feel safe in the fact that the staff and nurses are looking after my mother's well being, and for that, I can't thank them enough for their dedication to their tasks.

My Brother was in for four weeks before he passed away. My Brothers and Sisters were delighted at the care and attention he was given. All members of staff treated him with dignity. Also so nice to me and my family at this hard time in our lives. We could not have asked for any better for our Brother, a big thank you to them all.

My mother spent three weeks in the home in intermediate care. If she could have stayed here full time, we would have loved her too, but they don't have a specialist dementia care facility. The staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. The room was adequately clean although a bit small. She could bring her own bits and pieces into her room and bring her own TV. Mum loved visiting the hair salon. The only thing was that quite a few of her clothes went missing and she ended up with other residents clothes despite clothes going for a home wash. However, that's a small complaint. From the girls on reception to the nursing home manager, everyone was friendly, helpful and chatty. The care home manager always has his door open for relatives to visit.

Reply from Clare Sheehan, Care Advisor at Greenfield Park Care Home
Thank you very much for your kind feedback. We appreciate it must have been frustrating when belongings had been misplaced.
We will ensure that all staff are aware of which residents clothing is for home wash and this will be clearly displayed in residents bedrooms.

My mum was only at Greenfield Park Care Home for three weeks. She had only been diagnosed with a rare terminal cancer three weeks prior to this and had been in the care of a hospital prior to her move to Greenfield Park. The care staff managed to bring my mum out of herself for the short time she was there and managed to have her communicating with themselves and my family, something which she hadn't done since her diagnosis. The level of care was faultless and nothing was a hassle for them. Some of the day and night staff can only be described as angels! The support shown to my father was excellent too as sometimes he was visiting my mum until midnight and nothing was an issue for the staff. My mum's final moments were very peaceful and the staff on duty that night made a traumatic time that bit easier and I can't thank them enough for the compassion shown to us all. We never got to meet the management but I would like to say thank you.

Would like to say I would highly recommend this care home. My mum sadly passed away after living here for just over two years, the care she received in here was fantastic, the staff who cared for Mum where amazing and really took Mum under their care.
They brought out the softer side of mum, Mum had a few ailments and they made sure she had her medication daily, they also got mum to join in activities which wasn’t always an easy feat as mum was quite a headstrong woman.
I feel we got an extra two years with Mum due to the care, attention and love she got here.
The manager of this home was also very approachable and helpful, a lovely caring person himself.

Cannot fault the home on any aspect and would definitely recommend the home if you or an elderly relative are looking for a safe and special home with staff and management who care for their residents.

I had the option to visit four times whilst my mother was in Greenfield Park, all I can say is the service to her and others was caring, professional, efficient and lots of other nice things.

No words can describe the care especially when the time came at the end.

They care about dad and others with a view of friendly attention and kindness. The staff of the home are long-term employees so the residents see familiar faces and can bond with them, plus they get to know the patients likes and dislikes. The office staff are very good at their jobs.
