I am quite happy with the care my sister gets here and it is quite handy for me to visit her as I don't have a car. I hope they keep her here as it lets us visit her.

The staff in Caledonia House are amazing, they are kind, caring and very approachable. My only observation is hat I don't see the staff sitting with the residents on the occasions I visit. They are completing care plans. I feel there should be more staff on duty. The food at times looks...
Activities not always suitable for mum as she is deaf and blind. Feel more could be done to help her boredom and isolation.
