Wyndford Locks Care Home

My gran has been here settled for a while, all the staff are the most kindest, empathetic and caring people I have come across in any care home. My gran feels comfortable in the home, and our family feel she is safe and loved in here.

Staff very friendly and caring. The place is spotless.

Since the moment my mother moved to Wyndford Locks Care Home, I felt a sense of calm. I could finally relax knowing my mother was safe.

I attended a birthday party for a resident where a function room was provided, enabling family members, many of whom had travelled a distance, to spend quality time with their relative. On occasion, the care staff dropped in to check if anything was needed, and at one point, they took several photos of all of us as a group and were exceptionally helpful and caring.

She is very happy and we are happy with the care from all the staff.

My mother-in-law (MIL) has been in Wyndford Locks Lodge for 5 months. My MIL has advanced dementia; she is well cared for and happy. The staff in Maryhill House couldn't be nicer. They are friendly and caring and look after my MIL as though she is their own family. There is always a lovely atmosphere when we visit. No matter what a care home environment is like, if the staff aren't lovely, caring people, then the care wouldn't be good. Fantastic team

Service looks after my mum who has dementia. Staff are very caring and doing a great job keeping my mum comfortable an content. The staff are always happy to take the time to answer any questions or provide advice.

My mum has usually been very shy and was socially isolated. Since coming into the home through support from the staff she has come out of her shell. She is more active and she is eating well due to the great food. Staff have showed lots of kindness, care and compassion towards her and we are very grateful to them. Through their care at Wyndford Locks it has made the decision to come into care more bearable for us as family. Staff are understanding of Lewy-body Dementia has helped my mum immensely and also her family.

My grans health has improved since her admission in January 2025. The staff are so cheery and helpful. The overall running of the home is superb and everybody has protested meal times so no visits during meal times. The Staff are never idle as they are always busy looking after our loved ones.

My family and I are extremely happy with the care my father is receiving. All the staff are amazing, they are meeting all my dad's needs, and he seems to have settled really well. We could not be happier with the service provided. We could not recommend Wyndford Lochs enough.

My gran came into Wyndford Locks Care Home after a stay in hospital. I must say that the care my gran receives is top notch and has come on heaps since staying at Wyndford Locks. The staff, when we have been present, are great with the residents and very patient and caring.

What an amazing place. My mum has never looked so good. The care she receives is second to none. As a family we are all very happy. My mum is always treated with dignity.

The care my mum has received is excellent.She has settled in very well. She is eating and drinking well. She is much more relaxed. Her continence care is well managed.

I find, as my dad does, the staff are very friendly and caring. Always smiling even when at the end of a long shift. My dad is very well looked after by staff. I have no complaints about his care and would recommend Wyndford Locks to anyone looking for a caring environment.
