Firstly, let me offer our apologies for any anxiety and distress your concerns may have caused. We operate an open-door policy within the home and will continue to liaise with you directly regarding any ongoing issues or concerns. Whilst we appreciate this is frustrating, we want to offer reassurance that we have put in place additional measures to action your concerns. 1. On entering staff very pleasant and welcoming, including manager and reception.
2, My sister always out of bed and usually in day area, that is important to me.
