The time that Dad had been in hospital Mavisbank staff had been brilliant phoning to ask how he was and doing his washing that I hadn't in from hospital. He has settled back in at Mavisbank yesterday and staff are pleased to see him back

The staff look after my granda Vinny really well, he struggled to settle in at first but was made to feel welcome and it's great to find him mixing with the other residents and making friends, it's removed quite a bit of isolation and loneliness from him.
The staff are great and the rooms have everything the residents need; my granda says he enjoys his dinners and the cakes are brilliant so something must be getting done right!
Kate the manager seems to run a tight ship and the staff all know their roles and are happy, cheery, caring and approachable.

My mum has now been in Mavisbank for just over 6 years she has always been cared for very well. The staff are amazing and I can see the love and dedication they give to my mum on a daily basis. They also are very kind to my elderly Dad who is often there every day visiting my mum.

My dear Mother in Law moved to Mavisbank from another care home last year. The transition from family home into care has been a difficult time for us but we are so very happy with the care she is receiving now. The home is welcoming, clean and modern. Kates team of staff are fantastic. From domestics to management everyone is professional, friendly and caring. Rose, Jenna, Nicole, Kristen, Claire, to name but a few of ALL the great staff who have show kindness and compassion to both my MIL and us as a family. Although its a situation we never anticipated being in, we are content in the knowledge that our dear family member is safe, well cared for and looked after in a lovely environment. As a nurse manager in an NHS ward setting i have high expectations of the care i expect her to receive and im very happy in the knowledge that this is being delivered. I would highly recommend this care home. Thank you for the care you provide.

Mavisbank Care Home always provides an excellent level of care and support for my mum. There is always a a feeling of genuine warmth and interest in her wellbeing from all members of staff. They have become mum's surrogate family and we see that reflected in their daily interactions with her. As a dedicated healthcare professional, Kate has gained a wealth of experience in providing care and nursing support to elderly people, to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards in care and quality of life for Residents.
Having worked at HC-One for many years, Kate closely shares the company’s vision is aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident.
