Mavis Bank is a well-situated house with good facilities and caring staff. There are lots of activities suitable for all the residents. Communication is good and staff are receptive to my concerns. It is a safe home and while is now in need of some decoration is clean and adequate.

Excellent entertainment within establishment, with exceptional external visits to local amenities. Good use of local schools and third sector to support initiatives and activities.
I'm particularly impressed with the commitment of staff and management.
Premises are tired and require some investment.

I am more than satisfied with the care provided to my father.
