I cannot thank the staff at Mavisbank enough for the care and the love they all give my mum and also the regular support they give to my dad and myself. Today my mum and dad celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary, and the staff were absolutely amazing, making sure it was so special for them - what

From the very beginning, the staff have taken very good care of my husband. The staff are caring and extremely friendly. Also, a large number of staff about to help residents. The home seems to be very well run. Don't think we could have found a better team to look after my husband.

My husband hasn't been in Mavisbank for very long, but in my opinion, you will never get as good as your own home, but Maviscourt certainly comes a close second.

Warm welcome in Mavisbank. Staff are all very nice and very obliging if anything need to know. Can see how they are with all the residents, so makes me feel good when leaving to know they are being very well looked after. Would and have recommended Mavisbank.

On arriving at Mavisbank, you get a positive feeling of it being a friendly and home atmosphere,
Mum settled in quickly despite us having concerns that she wouldn't. This was in no small part due to the staff making her feel welcome and part of the Mavisbank 'family'. When a parent needs more care
than you can give, it's difficult to decide where is the best place for them. I'm really happy with the decision to choose Mavisbank!

Our mum has been a resident for 6 months, in that time she has settled in and is happy, given her deteriorating condition. We are very happy with her care as given by all members of staff. The whole team have been very kind to Mum and care for her in a kind, compassionate manner.
We are happy overall
and find management to be very approachable and attentive to any concerns that my arise.

The home continues to excel and the level of care my mum is receiving at Mavisbank Care Home is exceptional. The managers, carers, nurses, and nightshift workers go above and beyond every day for the residents. My mum recently went for Christmas lunch at the local high school where she used to work.
My mum was over the moon and I'm so grateful the home organised this for her. Also, the month of December has been fantastic with all the decorations and activity plans, it's been magical and every day my mum is content and happy! Thank you Mavisbank!

I have two relatives in Mavisbank Care Home and they are always very well looked after by all the staff. The staff are very friendly and they are led by an excellent care home manager. The manager is always keen to engage with the relatives of the residents to hear their views. The atmosphere in the
home is very positive and warm and all the residents are made to feel very comfortable. I have no problem recommending the home to others.

The home manager was so helpful in supporting me to ensure a safe transition for my wife from home into Mavisbank Care Home. The staff are very welcoming and caring. I feel ecstatic that my wife of sixty years is being looked after.

Since they moved to Mavisbank, we, as a family, have been very happy with the standard of care they have received. Staff are always friendly and welcoming to visitors and have the resident's best interests at heart. The staff

I have noticed a real difference in my mum since she moved into Mavisbank. She looks and sounds happier. She is definitely benefitting from the company around meal times and is eating better. I can see she feels more secure and both supported in the home. She has really enjoyed interacting with staff
pets. It was so lovely to see the photos of her with "Harvey" (therapy pet). Thank you for taking such good care of Mum. She talks about her room as her "home".

The manager is a first-class professional at her job. She runs a well-organised care home with the highest of care delivery and standards. All the staff are caring and very respectful in all aspects of this service. As a nurse of 35 years and in the caring profession myself I was very impressed by the
manager the first time me and my brother met her, we were very impressed by her approach and were more than happy to put our Mum into her care. Thank you.

From the first day of entering the home the staff have been 100%, from management to cleaners. Makes my family and I at ease to see my wife happy, comfortable and content, as at first she was very agitated. I can not praise them enough.

When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Kate remarked:
