Hallhouse Care Home offers residential, nursing and respite care in the quiet village of Fenwick with a focus on making every day memorable.

The home has a spectacular garden, home to an array of wildlife and plants as well as secure decking areas and a courtyard, a sensory garden, a summerhouse and gazebo. Additionally, green-fingered residents can enjoy the veggie plots and a greenhouse.

During the six years my mother was a resident at Hallhouse there were very few problems and the loving care of the staff was remarkable and noteworthy.

My mother was admitted to Hallhouse just over 2 weeks ago. I visited today for the first time since admission because we all felt it was best our mother settled, becoming familiar with the team, environment and communal living.


The senior carers have been great at contacting me also has the Manager

with general updates during the first 2 weeks. I just thought I had to inform you of the fantastic job the whole team have done in the very short time as my mother is so settled, contented, immaculately dressed and feels safe. It is such a relief for my brothers and me as it has been an extremely challenging time over the last few months to keep her safe and cared for at home.


The maintenance man 'worked his socks off' to decorate her bedroom again within a very tight time frame. Also the housekeeping team to label the clothes, arrange the furniture and the cleanliness of the bedroom.


I cannot thank the Manager and her team enough, truly all live and breathe the values.


One very happy relative!!!

Carol is passionate about care of the elderly and those living with dementia and gains great satisfaction in creating a great team culture enabling her team to develop to their best potential.
