I came into the home to visit my gran and she was really happy that the staff had put her new bed covers on her bed and had also put up some of her new pictures of her great-grandchildren up in her room. This made my gran very happy and was really nice to see her room looking so homely and individual
to her.

Dad has settled in well since he arrived, and the staff have been very welcoming, friendly and easy to deal with. It has been an easy transition from the previous care home - it is clear to me that the staff really care about the day-to-day of the residents and treat them with dignity and respect. I
am happy with the care and the service provided - the team clearly give their best efforts in caring for the residents.

I came in to see my gran, and she had her hair done by the hairdresser, and she had clothes on, which was nice to see as she usually only likes to wear her pyjamas. My gran was having a really good time sitting in the new pub within the home, interacting with some of the other residents. She was also
singing and dancing, and this was great to see. The staff were very good with my gran, topping up her drinks and dancing with her was really nice to see.

My mum was very happy to be in Ballumbie Court Care Home we were happy with the care she was given. The staff were excellent and very friendly and kept us updated with everything. Very happy with the care my husband receives. The staff are always helpful when I meet them. If anything my husband is happier as the week goes by. Recently the care home has been refurbished and it looks lovely which brightens up staff and visitors. The manager of the care home is caring.

I have found the staff to be very helpful especially the well-being coordinator who has been a great help along with the rest of the staff, in getting my mother to settle into living in a care home. The building has recently been refurbished and is very pleasant to enter and visit my mother.

So happy I chose this home for my husband. It has newly been refurbished beautifully. The staff are extremely caring and always very helpful. It has a lovely big garden that is well looked after also. I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

Lovely care home, staff are always willing to go above and beyond and nothing is too much hassle. All residents are always going about well-presented and happy. The refurb has well and truly brightened up the space, making it feel more welcoming than before. All staff and residents coped well with the

Staff work well together.
They have a lot to handle with their level of care needed by the residents.
They do need more support by the owners in the job (which is hard) that they do.
Overall, she is happy with being in company.

My mother has improved immensely since moving to Ballumbie Care Home. The staff are down to earth and engage with residents. The new manager has helped to revitalise the staff and the home, to move out of the covid mindset. This is my mum's home and she is happy.

At the start, it took Mum a while to settle when she came here in September - much more settled and seems very happy. I'm very happy with the overall care Mum received. Staff are all lovely and very helpful.

I am very satisfied with all of the care my mum receives. The staff are very empathetic and find the time to spend 1-1 time if needed. This is a well-run home with dedicated and caring staff. All the staff work as one great team for the benefit of the residents - from the kitchen staff who provide a healthy and tasty range of meals, laundry who keep clothes clean, cleaners who work tirelessly and reception. The nurses and carers are
excellent and have really demonstrated their commitment and compassion towards my mum's health and wellbeing and have gone the extra mile, especially during the pandemic. My mum is visibly happy, and therefore, so am I. Activities are also plentiful and tailored to the resident's wishes/needs. I would recommend Ballumbie Court Care Home.

My husband was admitted to a care home from a local care centre, he was there for 6 weeks and was so badly looked after he ended up back in the care centre. On entering Ballumbie Court there was a problem to begin with but they resolved this. He has been so well looked after I can't praise them enough,
all of the staff from the top down couldn't be more helpful. His psoriasis us at a minimum because it's teated every day. He is clean well-fed and so well looked after I can only thank god for them all.
