Every time I go to visit mum I see how helpful and caring the staff are. If mum has a fall or change of medicine they contact me. She has her appetite back and likes to drink water and tea. Before coming there she was in hospital and another care home for two weeks but the atmosphere are the other care
home was awful. There has been a good change in mum since she came to Ballumbie Care Home, I can only say positive things about Ballumbie and it's staff.

My mum enjoys staying here. She likes the staff and the routine. Only thing she would like is to be taken out more.

I am resident at Ballumbie. I enjoy living here. always things to do. I use the bus a lot or shopping. The carers are kind and helpful. The food is excellent. The manager is friendly and kind. I enjoy living here.

My sister-in-law has been resident in the secure unit of Ballumbie Court for 2 ½ years. She suffers from Alzheimer's disease. The care she is receiving at the home is excellent in every respect. The staff liaise with my wife who has power of attorney for her sister keeping her very well informed of
all matters. We have complete confidence in Ballumbie Court and the staff.
