I couldn't be happier with Bryansburn and all the staff for everything they do to care for my mum.

My mum is very settled and well looked after which is a great peace of mind. Thank you to everyone for all that you do.

My mother has only been living in Bryansburn Care Home for two months but already we are seeing signs of her settling in well! That is down to the excellent care that she has been receiving from the staff who are warm, respectful and attentive. The residents in the home are treated like family and in the most dignified manner and in the most clean and comfortable environment leading to them feeling safe and secure. Something that is most important to someone living with dementia.

My mother has been attending the Bryansburn Care Home for day care for a few months now. She is happy and content and always has a smile on her face when I drop her off and again on collection. All the staff go above and beyond to ensure she receives the best possible care. The staff are attentive and care for Mum in an excellent, professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend the Bryansburn and when the time comes for Mum to attend as a full-time resident, the Bryansburn will be out home of choice.

As a family, we have found Bryansburn Care Home to be an amazing place. I will always remember the warm, friendly welcome we got when we arrived to put Mum into their care. They treat each resident as an individual and cater for each person's specific needs in a caring, thoughtful way. They organise lovely activities to keep Mum stimulated and she particularly enjoys getting her hair and nails done - they even put her make-up on her if I am taking her out so that she looks her best - this was always important to her. I can relax knowing that Mum is so well cared for. Thank you to the team at Bryansburn.

The staff at the Bryansburn deliver excellent standards of nursing care at all times. They demonstrate care and compassion and attend to all needs. They have excellent communication, keeping up to date with every detail relating to care needs. I feel happy and confident that my mother is receiving the best nursing care according to her needs. I would highly recommend Bryanburn as the first choice for nursing care.

It was Mum's first birthday without Dad and not in her own home.

The staff went out of their way to ensure her birthday was celebrated, involving us and changing planned timings so we could be part of it. A happy birthday sing song, cake and tea were provided.

Was just lovely to have Mum and us considered in such a personal way.

Staff at Bryansburn Care Home, thanks for all you do, keep being you.

I am very impressed with the staff they are extremely friendly and very attentive to my mother's needs. They will drop in to see her and it's lovely to see her smiling when they are talking to her. If my mother is in need of anything, they are straight in to help. We really could not have gotten our mother into a better place.

My mother was taken to Bryansburn Care Home from the hospital by ambulance, when we arrived some of the staff came outside to welcome us. I can honestly say from the minute we stepped through the front door my mum has been treated with support, care and most importantly dignity. Bryansburn Care Home is managed sufficiently, all the staff are very hard-working. My mum who lost two stone in the hospital is eating very well, the food is of an excellent standard with a member of staff on hand to assist my mum who can't feed herself. My mum's room is spotless. All the staff do everything possible to make my mum feel secure and loved.

My father arrived in Bryansburn Care Home in November 2021. From the first day he arrived, he was made to feel very welcome. The staff and rooms are always clean and tidy. The food is exceptional and caters to every type of dietary requirement. The home provides a varied programme of social events and encourages all relatives to participate. A lot of effort is made by staff and management to make my father's stay, a safe and pleasant place.

The staff have been great with Mum who suffers from dementia and she always lights up when one of them comes into her room. Mum is well settled after her first year in the home and the staff keep me well informed of any change in her condition.

My mum has settled into this home extremely well and I can only put that down to all the staff that look after her. The staff are very friendly, both to Mum and her family, they are pleasant and kind and take the time to speak to Mum. The home is very clean and always has a very pleasant smell. Mum's clothes are well-washed and she always has fresh clean clothes on. The food is always appetising and appropriate to her needs. The manager and staff/nurses always keep us up to date.

My wife has Alzheimers and the care and kindness she receives, is second to none. They keep her clean and comfortable and her clothes are maintained better than when I was doing it. On her birthday, the staff produced a cake and sang happy birthday. A nice gesture. I am really pleased with the level of care and the kindness of the staff and have already recommended the home to others.

Having researched care homes I was thrilled that Mum was offered a placement in Bryansburn, which was my number one choice. I have found the facilities excellent, Mum's room is very comfortable and inviting and being able to personalise it is excellent. A mini home from home. The care Mum is receiving is excellent and the staff are compassionate, considerate and take time to interact with Mum. They are also brilliant with family and friends visiting. It was Mum's birthday at the start of December and they ensured it was a good day for her with banners and a lovely home-baked birthday cake complete with candles and a rendering of happy birthday. I was apprehensive about Mum going into care, but I am more than happy with Mum being there and can relax knowing she is in good hands and receiving the necessary and best care. A big thank you to the manager and all the staff in Bryansburn for their care of Mum and for their care of me. Thank you all. Excellent.

All the staff are so helpful, nothing is too much trouble especially when you are so dependent on them to be there for Mum during the pandemic.
We are able to speak to Mum on the phone and via WhatsApp which is so important to the family and for Mum to keep in touch.

Thanks to the manager and her lovely team.

I am very happy with the treatment my mother receives. She is always clean and dressed in clean nightwear. Her room is always cleaned and bedding changed regularly. The staff are lovely towards my mother even when she's being difficult. The home did a great job of keeping Covid out at the start of the Pandemic.

How blessed are we to have yourselves to take the best possible care of dad in our absence. During these bizarre and crazy times, you guys have been stalwart in your care, medical attention and compassion towards Dad, providing him with a temporary replacement family until we can take up our mantle in visiting, caring for and loving Dad as we do. Oh how we miss him so much but your professional and caring team are providing him with the care that he needs until we can be with him again.

We, as a family, are kept up to date with any changes in Dad's medical condition, any needs that he has and his general health, which is a great comfort to us. We also know that your team look after Dad's great passion in colouring in, in ensuring his books/pens are available to him and making sure his TV is on, to keep him occupied during this agonising lonely time that he must be going through. Please keep on looking after Dad for us, we so appreciate all that you do. All our love.
