Review from Rosemary B (Daughter of Resident) published on 13 March 2017 Submitted via Postal Card
Overall Experience

My mother is profoundly deaf with Alzheimer's, yet the staff all manage to communicate effectively with her. They are all very pleasant and make time to communicate with her and my dad (also profoundly deaf and visits every day) on a personal and caring level. They are quick to contact us over any issues and offer resolution or advice. If we have any issues they are very responsive. My only concerns relate to my mother's hygiene but this is due to her Alzheimer's and I understand that they are reluctant to force anything upon her.

Overall Experience

The care in Bryansburn is top notch. Every time we visited my granny, she is happy and seems very content. Staff are very welcoming, understanding and helpful. The food is great. The hairdressing room is a great idea to keep the old people feel they are still part of the community.
