We are very pleased with the care our mother receives in Bryansburn Care Home. The staff always make her smile and this is very important to me as a daughter. The staff have worked very hard during the pandemic to provide safe care for residents and this is very much appreciated.

My Mum has been in Bryansburn Care Home for approximately 6 years now. From the day we first visited the home and met some of the staff we knew it was ideal for Mum. The home is always very clean and fresh smelling and maintained to the highest standards. Any time my sister and I have been in to visit everyone is lovely with the way they deal with Mum. The home are very good at keeping us informed of any issues there are, and it's never a problem when we phone to check how Mum is. We would highly recommend Bryansburn Care Home to anyone who has a family member with dementia who needs care in lovely surroundings.

My Grannie has been at Bryansburn since May 2019. The home is excellent and the staff are amazing. All through lockdown, they kept us fully informed about Grannie with video calls and phone calls. We know she is being well looked after and cared for daily. The manager is always available, as needed, for a chat or catch up on anything we, as a family, need. Hats off to her and all the staff for the past 12 months as it has been very difficult times.

Our brother has been a resident in Bryansburn Care Home for a few years. He is extremely happy and very settled. During Christmas and New Year, the staff and residents celebrated festivities as normally as possible during these trying times. It's amazing to see posts showing our brother and other residents having fun. A credit to all staff.

Superb staff and organisation. My mother has been here for almost a year now and the staff have been excellent, helping both my parents during this extremely difficult time. They are also excellent and transparent in their communication.

It is my opinion that, having met the staff in Bryansburn Care Home, that they have the best interests of all residents at heart. It is a great relief to know that I no longer have any worries or concerns about my relative’s care or well-being. It is evident that all those in Bryansburn take pride in their vocation; this care home and all of the residents. It’s great to see the owners rewarding their staff with long service rewards and I have to mention how impressed I have been in their professionalism during COVID-19 lockdown period. If you want the best for your relative, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this home. Thanks to all staff for giving me peace of mind again.

All of the staff in this care home are an absolute credit to their employer. The management/nursing team are professional and the staff are kind, compassionate and very much resident-focused. This is a home-from-home environment. The staff treat the residents like family: with respect and dignity and the same respect is then reciprocated by families to staff and owners. This home has restored my mother’s faith in humanity. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone; organised entertainment and activities are wonderful. The chef is amazing: if someone has special needs or requests something different he will aim to provide it. Good wholesome cooking that you’d enjoy in your own home. Chef’s speciality has to be his birthday cakes that he makes for the residents! What a treat! Thank you. The only way you will ever find another care home as good as this one is to go to one of the other 3 Burnview establishments! In my experience, this has to be the best care home in North Down and Ards!

Viewed several care homes and none came anywhere close to the assistance we received at Bryansburn Care Home. They were so helpful and informative at a very stressful time. My mum has been a resident for almost 2 years now and everyone has been on the ball. If there is any sign of infection or change of mood we are informed immediately and doctors contacted as well. Excellent staff. The activities are great as all the residents can interact and mix. Well done everyone.

From day one my husband was very settled in Bryansburn care home. Since, he has been well cared for, been allowed to be in as and when needed and any medical attention has been delivered speedily. I have been kept up to date on any difficulties or medical attended by my husband. He thoroughly enjoys his painting, the Christmas dinner get together and is always willing to join in with any activities organised. He gets on well with all the staff and residents. I have always found the management and staff to be very caring and helpful. I am happy to entrust the care of my darling husband to the Bryansburn care home.

My father has been a resident of Bryansburn Care Home for the past 18 months. During this time, he has been cared for with the utmost kindness and dignity. Each and every one of the staff are caring and considerate. The nursing staff anticipate any medical issues promptly and the daily care Dad receives is excellent. As a family visiting Bryansburn Care Home, we are always greeted in a warm and friendly manner. My father celebrated his 90th birthday recently and with the help and support of staff, we were able to join with him for a very special day, which we appreciate so much.

Until her recent death, my mother had been in Bryansburn Care Home for 8 years. She was cared for with kindness and respect. The standard of food and cleanliness and her personal care was excellent. In her final few weeks, the staff did their utmost to keep her comfortable and showed us (the family) much consideration and support. My heartfelt thanks for all their care.

Looking after my wife for 15 years it got too much for me. I was so glad to get a place in Bryansburn Care Home for her. I only live about 15 minutes from the home so I can visit every day, which makes my life a lot better.

Many thanks and God bless.

The staff are very well trained and very caring.
They treat my mum (and all of us as a family) extremely well and are very good about the medical side of things as well.
They anticipate problems and take action to prevent future difficulties if at all possible.

I cannot speak highly enough of their care and dedication.
