There's always something going on and although Mum doesn't always want to join in, when she does we can see from photos that she's enjoyed herself.
Our family have great peace of mind know her needs are being met and that she's safe.

Bright, clean, comfortable and homely. Attentive and caring staff and management who always are happy to hear your thoughts and concerns. Regular activities to occupy my Dad. Everybody is trying the best in challenging circumstances due to his dementia. I feel he is cared for when I'm not there. The cost is very high but not compared with others. Apparently care just IS very expensive everywhere.
"Thank you so much for your incredibly kind words. Our team works hard to provide a warm, supportive environment, and it is wonderful to hear how much you & your dad appreciate it. I will make sure to pass your lovely feedback onto the Team!"

Mum only had a short time in the home, but it became her home very quickly. She loved the garden and the food and made new friends. This gave her a new lease of life. She was safe and happy. Finally, a heartfelt thank you to the caring team. They helped her with dignity and kindness and helped grant her final wish, to die at home with the patio doors open and the birds singing.
Thank you for your lovely words about the team, we will be sure to pass this on to the them. It was a pleasure looking after your mum, we loved getting to know her and we have very lovely memories with her! Kind regards

After a rocky year, the day care team are in their new accommodation. Although still not complete(!) it looks wonderful. Throughout this time the care the team have given to my husband is nothing short of excellent.

Stanley Wilson Lodge have made the process of dad moving to a care home simple. He has totally settled in and frequently mentions that he is well cared for in a way he couldn't manage at home. They are helpful, professional, compassionate and empathetic and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

My mother has been very well cared for at Stanley Wilson's. She has only been here three weeks. The third floor is a bit bare of Christmas decorations and cheer, but she is very well looked after. Her room is comfortable and clean.

My parents moved into Stanley Wilson Lodge in February 2025. They have received the best care possible. They have a lovely relationship with the staff members. We count ourselves very lucky they were able to be in the care home together.

After managing to get my father into this home after another one, the experience is night and day. The staff are all very caring and friendly. My father is very well cared for. Management is excellent and have been supportive to us as a family.

My instinct that this was an extremely well run care home was soon borne out. It became clear that administrative, care, nursing and "behind the scene" staff had worked successfully together for a long while.
My husband sees familiar faces every day and, should anyone be absent, that place is filled by someone from Stanley Wilson's own staff bank.
I feel we have a real rapport with staff and sense of working together for my husband's health and wellbeing.
Friends and family who have visited always report how they were welcomed in reception and by care and nursing staff.
When my visit is over, I always leave feeling relaxed and with a smile on my face knowing my husband is receiving the best of care.
Hi GillianThank you for your very kind words of appreciation which I will share with the Constable Nursing Suite Team.It is always lovely to receive such a compliment it means a lot to us all !
