We are very grateful for the care, consideration and support those at St Peter's have provided for our mum. They have all taken the time to get to know mum, not only her needs but also what she enjoys and can offer the community in which she now lives. the staffs focus on care and personalised support
has been fantastic and we can see how much happier and confident mum is as a famiy, we have been shown the same respect and care, thank you.

All good and very helpful. Manager and seniors and staff good, really helpful to supportive from initial entry to a regretful release.
Certainly, the staff did their best to get my mum active and interactive.
No complaints. I hope if my mum is released from hospital, she can return.

My father was at St Peter's for only a short while before sadly passing away. He was cared for by the wonderful staff to a standard that cannot be faulted.
Whilst in hospital he said "I can't wait to go back- the staff are lovely".
They cared for him so well in his last few days and I am so grateful
they were terrific.

From the moment my mum moved into St Peter's Court the care and support she received were excellent. Everyone was professional, kind, and attentive, helping her to feel comfortable and at home.
However, it was in the final weeks of her life that their compassion and dedication shone even brighter.
The care they provided was nothing short of amazing. Sheila deserves a special mention, not only for the care she showed my Mum but also for treating me like a friend; offering comfort and reassurance at such a difficult time. And the manager went above and beyond visiting my mum in the hospital on multiple occasions.
Mum always said she wanted to spend her final days at St Peter's because she considered it her home, and the manager and his team made that possible. For that, I will be forever grateful. I can't thank them enough for the love and care they showed, not just to my mum, but to our whole family. THANK YOU.

I would like to thank St Peter's Court Care Home and the wonderful members of staff. My husband has asked for a place for 1 month. The care and professionalism shown to him and myself has been outstanding, medical issues soon resolved as well as the care received. As a retired social worker and a borough
councillor. I have been to many establishments however this is one of the best attended.

All the staff do such a tough job under very difficult and taxing circumstances, and you should be proud of the way you deal with people at the end of their lives. With this in mind, my mother was able to pass away peacefully in her room, after a number of days tender and gentle care by any number of
dedicated staff members. My sister and I are so grateful for the care and attention you gave her in St. Peter's and we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

St Peter's Court Care Home has been so kind, supportive and caring to my mother. She has settled in and made new friends. She engages in activities on a good day. Staff always make sure she is okay. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Any queries are answered positively. Mum is happy and safe.

Dear all, I am writing this review to let all members of staff in St Peter’s know how much I appreciate each and every one of them. I had a short stay in the home, which proved to be longer than anticipated. Every one of the staff from seniors to carers were amazing. Being of sound mind, I watched the
love and care they gave to long-term residents. They showed how much they cared for each individual. I also came to become really fond of some of the residents. I thank you so much for the help to build me back up. All of you are Angels. God bless you all.

I am writing to express my sincere and heartfelt thanks to everybody who cared for my nanna up until her passing away on Saturday. What an amazing team of people. The care and support she received during her time at the home was second to none. During her last few months with us, she was transferred
to the dementia ward. Her transfer up to the first floor gave her a new lease of life. She was engaged in so many activities and really thrived. I actually cannot believe that she started knitting again and was revelling in being part of a community again. Special thanks to one staff member in particular who provided incredible support and guidance to me during a very difficult time, right up to the point where she lost consciousness. Having the ability to speak to Nanna in her final moments of consciousness and tell her how much I loved her was so very special. I am so very grateful for that. You are all so warm and caring people and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My mum stayed here for three weeks, and what a difference it made to her. She loves it; she didn't think she would. She spoke more and joined in the activities, which normally she never would, even if I was there. Enjoying all the meals, beautifully cooked and a good variety.
All the staff and management
are so very friendly and helpful, making you feel at home. She would very happily go back but sadly did in August, but I'm so happy she tried it!

As a dedicated healthcare professional, Jamie has gained a wealth of experience in providing care and nursing support to elderly people, to enrich their lives. He is a knowledgeable leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards in care and quality of life for Residents.


Jamie closely shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. He extends this caring approach to his Colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to Residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.


When asked what he enjoys most about his role, Jamie remarked:


“I am lucky to be part of a team of likeminded people who share my passion for providing the best care for our Residents in a comfortable and welcoming environment.”


Jamie’s proudest achievement is working hard to demonstrate his ability to progress from Deputy Home Manager to Home Manager within seven months. In spare time, Jamie likes fine art, being outdoors and spending quality time with friends and family.
