I just wanted to say the excellent, attentive service for my Nana is 100%. My Nana is well looked after especially the care from the nurse on the memory ward. Management of the home are extremely helpful.

The senior care assistant goes above and beyond her duty of care always putting the residents needs first. An asset to your care home and someone I have complete trust in with my loved one's care. For 3 years, my aunt has been a resident and she is now facing the end of her life. The senior care assistant is making it possible that she has dignity, love and first class care for which my family and I will be eternally grateful. She is truly one in a million, all the staff involved with her care have been professional and caring always.

Father in law came into the home unable to get out of bed. He is now out of bed and has made excellent progress since his admission to St Peter's.

The staff are very helpful and make sure he is comfortable and well fed.

The home itself is very well home. The office staff are always willing to deal with any problems that may arise involving the resident. The nurses and care staff are very kind and caring when dealing with the residents.

On 26th March 2018 my Mam had a nasty fall and ended up going to hospital. The quickness of the staff from finding my Mam at 7.20, ringing me at 7.30 to an ambulance at 8.30. Every one of the staff, from cleaner to cook and carers were fantastic with the care Mam received before and after I brought her back to St Peter's. I can't thank the staff enough - they should be given an award.

My Mother attends the home every Sunday to have Sunday Dinner with her partner. She always comments on how friendly the staff are and how good the food is. The staff cannot do enough for her, and she is only a visitor! They even order her a taxi when she is ready to go home.

We would like to thank all the staff at St Peters Court for their wonderful care they gave our mum. They all loved mum and looked after her as if she was their own mother. I can't speak more highly of them. We knew that mum was safe here and well looked after. Please accept our sincere gratitude and thanks for everything you all did for Mum. We will miss you all. Thank you x

May I thank all staff for the kindness they have shown me. They are all professional and approachable and a few that went the "extra mile" including one member of staff who made me feel at ease and settled in. Nothing was a problem to her.

She knew exactly how to balance independence with dependence using gentle encouragement without pressure to get you back to independent living. I feel she should be recognised as an asset to the establishment working as part of a team as well as on her own time. Thank you.

My partner has been resident since it opened in 2014.
The care he has received has been second to none.
The management and carers are very kind and understanding to all his needs.
He is now in palliative care.
Everyone is so kind and considerate to both my partner and myself.
The restaurant always manages to keep him happy with his meals, as he can be awkward.

I hope to be able to go to St Peter's myself one day.

Overall, great care. My mother calls it "my happy place". Great carers, good food (I drive there from time to time). Events are always a triumph. The activities coordinator goes that extra mile for residents.

The assistant manager - I don't think he sleeps. He is always there and nothing is too much for him. I can't imagine better places for my lovely mother.

I would like to say how impressed I was with the service my husband and I received when we came to look at the home. The manager came and greeted us and had a chat and everyone was very friendly. Looking at other homes this stood out for me. The home is beautiful and clean and I had no hesitation in placing your home as my first choice.

Following a short hospital stay and the onset of dementia the necessity to find a home for my 92-year-old mam was not something I looked forward to.
However after visiting a couple of homes in the area that could accommodate I would have no hesitation in recommending St. Peter's Court.
First the facilities are first class and provide the feeling of a small hotel rather than a care. Well decorated and maintained it is the most welcoming of homes I have been to.
The food looks appetising and well prepared.

Second - the Staff are most welcoming and friendly. It was quite surprising in how many homes the manager or assistant manager couldn't even find the time to say hello or check that everything was ok prior to our departure. Here at St. Peters Court, I met the manager on our visit who showed an interest in my mam and ensured that before we left we were comfortable with everything we saw. Since then I have spoken to a number of the staff and all have been most welcoming and supportive.

A bright and airy environment allowing residents to use wheelchairs etc. The lay out means residents are not isolated yet enjoy their own rooms. I found some rooms to be too small especially if the resident is using electric wheelchairs, meaning the bed had to be pushed against the wall so unable to us bed head. The best asset was the staff, cheerful, very caring, helpful and in our experienced treated our relatives with respect and love during the last days of her life.

Good management gave a secure atmosphere.
