Welcoming atmosphere with warm and supportive staff. My grandmother is comfortable and feels safe, which is important to her. The home has a lovely courtyard with three fun cats running around, providing entertainment. I'm happy my nanna is settling so nicely.

Our mother was cared for at St Peter's Court for over three years. We were so happy to have her taken care of in this very high standard home by a team of carers who were truly devoted to their mission. We will be eternally grateful to everyone at St Peter's Court that built relationships with our mother and us, her family, and looked after her with compassion and respect. Thank you. e

We have been visiting my sister-in-law since November 21, initially in the resident's room, which was quite pleasant. The majority of staff we have found to be both friendly and caring. Since opening up the home after Covid, we have been allowed to visit her room, which we feel could be a little larger, but it is adequate, and you are able to sit and watch passers-by, which my sister-in-law enjoys.

My father had five caring years in St Peter's. The staff worked wonderfully as a team. My father received outstanding care during his stay. All the staff were kind, supportive and encouraged him to continue to have confidence in his daily life. It has been a difficult time, and the staff ensured his safety and wellbeing was paramount. He was happy in St Peter's, and he called it his "home". He had a lot of very happy days. Thank you.

Mum was in St Peter’s Court from the day it opened until April 2021, covering a period of 8-years! She had a very happy life in St Peter’s; the very caring staff became her 2nd family! I had a peace of mind from day one and received immense support and communication from the very dedicated staff! The home is modern with lots of windows, making it very light and airy! I feel extremely lucky to have had this facility on our doorstep! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend St Peter’s to anyone looking for a care facility!

My mother moved into St Peter's Court in February 2020, just five weeks before lockdown! I would like to express my thanks on behalf of all the family to every single member of staff who have all pulled together in very difficult times to provide loving care and support to my mother. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My aunty generally enjoyed her time at St Peter's. However, the last six months, during the Covid lockdowns, were very difficult for her. I do think that physical access to family and friends is important. As such, thoughts on how to achieve this, surely, would be important.

Thank you for your feedback, which is very valuable to help us improve our service. We appreciate that the pandemic has been a particularly difficult time for care home residents and their loved ones, as in-person visit have to be carefully managed in line with Government Guidance.

Overall, a lovely home and great staff. Things have been difficult with Covid, so it's sometimes hard to book a visit, perhaps an online booking system would have been better. Mam seems good, a bit bored again, this is down to Covid restrictions as before lockdown, there was plenty to do. Mams well cared for, and that's the main concern.

Absolutely loved this place for my gran and now great-gran. She took a short while to settle as so used to going out by herself but knew she needed help at night. This care home is spot on, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere.

I have always know how well Mum is looked after and cared for and about. In addition to this, the staff always care about the whole family. For our first face to face, Mum looked beautiful - hair all done and had favourite clothes on. Blow me welling up and a member of staff took lovely photos of us, which I have sent to all of Mum's family and friends. It meant so much to me.

My mother was accepted into this care home about 4-years ago much to our relief.
As time passed and on my visits, I realised what professional care and attention she was receiving. I was getting updates on frequent occasions including doctors visits. I also was asked many times to review the "dolls" assessment that was placed on my mother because of her condition.

To summarise, I found this home had a very caring staff and treated my mum with the utmost respect and was always clean and tidy. I'm sure in her own mind she was very happy to finish her days there.
