Some communication and initial teething problems. However, we were listened too and I am now very happy that my loved one is safe and cared for with compassion, respect and dignity. I would recommend this care home.

Both my parents are/were in the care home and are being very well looked after. My dad was in a bad way and I am very grateful for how he was looked after and the people who took care of mum. Mum is being well looked after as well.

Drayton Care home is a wonderful place bright, clean and fresh. I would recommend it to any and everyone. I find the staff bending backwards to help in any way and do have an excellent listening ear to help, if and when needed. The Nurses, Carers, and Cleaners are always working hard and tending to
the residents. The flats are spacious, bright and clean. I find them coming in when they pass by just to enquire about the resident's good health. The food is excellent, fresh, warm and nutritious and served freshly from a food trolley. The residents are looked after very well as the staff do their level best at all times.

I feel confident my dear 94-year-old mum is well looked after and cared for. She has dementia and the wonderful staff at Drayton Village Care Home try to involve her in the many activities and themed days. I can visit mum and when I leave I feel confident she is in a safe place.

I am very happy with the care my mum is receiving. She seems to be eating more regularly and is kept clean and tidy. She has her hair and nails done too, which she didn't when she was living at home. I'm very happy with all the staff, they are kind, supportive and keep us informed of our mum's health
and happiness.

I live in France and visited Drayton Village Care Centre for the first time in October where my aunty has been admitted.
I was immediately struck by the warmth and friendliness of all the staff who greeted me with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I immediately felt very welcome and
reassured for the placement of my aunt.
The Care Home is very clean and has a cosy feel about it. My aunty seemed so happy to be there and told me it was 100% and how kind the staff are; she couldn’t wish for better care. She said the food was excellent.
So thank you Drayton Village for making my aunty and myself so happy and reassured.

There are many new carers who don't speak English very clearly and my mother has trouble understanding them because she's partially deaf, combined with their accent... However, they are very caring.
Also, staff are aware of Mum's issues.

My mum has been in this home for 18 months now and is treated with respect and cared for extremely well. When she first came here she was mobile and loved to walk about and say hello to everyone. Now that she is bed-bound the carers, nurses and all who work here will still pop into her room to say hello
and have a chat. She is involved in the activities that are arranged and enjoys them very much.

Staff here have always seemed kind and sensitive to her condition. There are obviously some members of staff that she sees more often and who have a better understanding of her disability. They seem to look after her very well.

Lovely welcome, very attentive to my father's needs. All residents chat with each other. Nice gardens, nice lounge and nice rooms. I enjoyed my visit. One staff member, in particular, was especially so good with my father on the day we visited.
