Staff are very helpful and accomodating. My father always tries to get involved in activities, which are always enjoyable. Activities staff always include the family and do a great job.

I live in France and visited Drayton Village Care Centre for the first time in October where my aunty has been admitted.
I was immediately struck by the warmth and friendliness of all the staff who greeted me with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I immediately felt very welcome and reassured for the placement of my aunt.
The Care Home is very clean and has a cosy feel about it. My aunty seemed so happy to be there and told me it was 100% and how kind the staff are; she couldn’t wish for better care. She said the food was excellent.

So thank you Drayton Village for making my aunty and myself so happy and reassured.

My mum has been in this home for 18 months now and is treated with respect and cared for extremely well. When she first came here she was mobile and loved to walk about and say hello to everyone. Now that she is bed-bound the carers, nurses and all who work here will still pop into her room to say hello and have a chat. She is involved in the activities that are arranged and enjoys them very much.

Staff here have always seemed kind and sensitive to her condition. There are obviously some members of staff that she sees more often and who have a better understanding of her disability. They seem to look after her very well.

My friend is under palliative care in the home. We were apprehensive at first but this is now my third visit and she is happier and more content than I've seen for a long time. The staff all seem caring, interested and happy to help her at all times, even to get her nails done regularly! Thank you.

My mum is profoundly deaf and suffers from vascular dementia. I knew that the time was coming when it would not be possible for me to continue to meet all of her increasing care needs at home, but this concern became a sudden reality in October 2021 when she was rushed into hospital, and unable to return home.
My mum was discharged directly to Drayton Village from the hospital in November 2021. From the moment that she arrived she was welcomed and settled in by the amazing care staff at this establishment. She has continued to settle in really well, and is extremely happy and well cared for.
The place is always spotlessly clean and never smells. My mum's clothes are always well laundered and she is always well presented. The manager is excellent and I cannot praise the care and support staff highly enough.
I have also witnessed some truly excellent care of other residents whilst frequently visiting my mum.

I am so glad that she is settled at Drayton Village, and can't thank them enough.

It was an incredibly difficult time when we realised Mum needed more care and the transition wasn't easy but very quickly, Mum was relaxed at Drayton Village and it was evident she had developed strong bonds with the staff caring for her.

I can't tell you how much that helps when you know your loved one is content and so well cared for.

Generally pleasant environment. Staff helpful. However, the visit time of half an hour is too short, even with Covid it does feel like you are being checked up on and hurried to leave because of this.

Rooms generally clean.
