We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with aspects of your sister-in-law’s care here at Willows. We are also extremely surprised to hear this, given that neither our resident nor any members of her family, yourself included, have ever mentioned anything like this before. However, we take all feedback, including complaints, very seriously and use it to improve our services. We do, in fact, have a vegetarian option on the menu every day and also try to ensure that all hot food is served at the right temperature. However, we will keep in close touch with her about this to make sure that we are doing everything we can to meet her needs.
