My dad is doing so well since living in Bryn Ivor. He is always happy and always looks well looked after. The staff are amazing and always have time for each resident. Even if busy they always stop and speak to each resident. I would like to thank the residential head of the unit and team for always making us visitors welcome. Lovely to see him so settled.

Overall very pleased with the care provided in the lovely surroundings and the family members us very happy. Staff are caring but are overstretched, some residents take longer in the mornings with breakfast and lunch virtually being combined. There should be more private areas for residents and families to meet away from residents' rooms and the bistro area.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us review, your feedback is important to us and I will pass on your comments to the team.
Very good care was given to my father, and the staff are always very attentive even though sometimes they appear short-staffed. The facilities are always clean, tidy and warm. Visitors are always made welcome and can help themselves to a beverage in the bistro. Regular contact is made with families, inviting them to various attractions at the home. Visitors are allowed to bring pets into the home.

Four weeks in BI (Bryn Ivor) certainly served a purpose and generally benefitted the whole family. Excellent facilities and wonderful, caring staff gave us great comfort and reassurance during my mother's stay, following a fall.

The staff without exception were absolutely amazing. So kind, caring and loving. We couldn't have asked for more for Mum. She was comfortable and happy in her last days.

I was fortunately admitted at very short notice following a month-long treatment in the hospital for a previous condition. My specific medical needs were identified and addressed fully. I was treated with dignity by all staff with whom I enjoyed professional and informed relationships. I was kept well informed of all aspects of my progress and needs, I have full confidence in the system. The flexibility of visiting times was particularly welcome. My experience was comfortable, relaxed and occasionally amusing.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, they have taken care to find out what he likes and dislikes and to get to know us. He gets plenty to eat and lots of variety. Happy Christmas to everyone at Bryn Ivor.

My mum spent three weeks in Bryn Ivor for respite care following a fall. My sister and I were delighted with the care and kindness that she received. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, and my mum thrived and got her confidence back again. We will always be grateful.

My mother lived in Bryn Ivor Lodge for a number of years. The standard of care, comfort and entertainment have been excellent, ensuring that she had many happy times in her later life. The procedures adopted by Barchester saw her safely through the pandemic, and she could not have wished for better care and compassion from all staff throughout her final days.
