Wyndham Hall Care Home is a 2015 addition to the Maria Mallaband care home portfolio, a growing and respected provider that is highly-regarded within the UK care sector.

The new residence provides five star accommodation for 60 people and specialises in the provision of outstanding nursing, residential and dementia care within its beautiful modern facilities.

All 60 bedrooms are en-suite and decorated to an elegant hotel standard. The home is finished to a lavish standard throughout, offering comfort, elegance and security. Facilities also include elegant dining rooms, a quiet lounge, garden room, a pub, spa facilities and cinema room.

I was extremely impressed with the compassionate, friendly and caring disposition of all the staff I met during my visits. Despite the frail condition of my grandmother, I feel comforted knowing that she is in such good hands.

They are so caring and considerate and nothing is too much bother. Always available if I need to talk or ask for advice. It is a huge relief to know Mum now has 24-hour nursing care as I was struggling at home. Even the manager always has her door open and will greet you when entering the reception.
Everyone is so friendly, Even my toddler grandson is made to feel welcome with lots of friendly greetings.

We are very pleased with the service and care given to our relative. The ratio of staff to residents is more than we had expected. All the staff are friendly, caring and professional. They all appear to really care for the residents and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Only one minor criticism
would be that we would like residents to wear an emergency call lanyard so they are always able to summon help. Having said that they are seldom if ever left alone.
We have only experienced one other care home where there was one carer on duty for many residents who were often left completely alone. This never happens at Wyndham Hall and we would have no hesitation in recommending the home to care for your relatives.
We have not answered whether the home is value for money as we have not compared prices. We chose the home for its friendly atmosphere, comfort, care and professionalism. The bedrooms and public areas are all of a good standard and well furnished.

Staff are kind, caring and hard-working - especially evident in these times when they are often so busy. The manager is organised and compassionate. All the staff seem to be willing to help out where they are needed and we are welcomed each time we visit. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Cooked
dinner at lunchtime seems very varied and good quality. A caring environment.

Great care home. The new manager is honest, hard-working and really cares. There are really loyal and caring staff and these are challenging times with care staff shortages. The laundry lady, kitchen staff are lovely and know the residents personally. Everyone does their best.

My mum has been in Wyndham Hall for two months now. From the very beginning, she felt cared for and safe. Her room is spacious and clean, the staff are communicative and caring. I would recommend Wyndham Hall to anyone needing respite or a permanent move into a care home.

I can only describe Wyndham Hall Care Home and all staff who work there as angel workers. They all cared and treated my dad with the utmost pride, love, kindness and protected his dignity. To make his last few weeks calm, peaceful and comfortable is all we could ask for. We will be eternally grateful.
Thank you all so, so much. I would 100% recommend to anyone who is needing care or for a loved one.

My mother was in the care of Wyndham Hall for nearly 3 years before her recent passing. She was so well looked after that my sister and I knew she was safe and in the best place for her at her age. All the staff did their bit to make her (and us) feel welcome and we were allowed an end of life visit
which we will always be grateful for.

My dad has Alzheimer's and has been here for almost two years. He is now at end of life. The staff here have almost become part of my family. The management and staff at Wyndham Hall are engaged, enthusiastic and professional. They are responsive to Mum's care needs, always around if the family have questions and genuinely seem to care. The atmosphere at Wyndham is positive and energetic. We would strongly recommend Wyndham for dementia care.
Mum is very happy and comfortable, and we have 'peace of mind' that she is being well cared for.

My husband was a resident at Wyndham Hall form Sept 19 until May 20 and the care and compassion he received were excellent. He was treated with the utmost respect and encouraged to pursue the thing he enjoyed teaching, dancing, gardening. The incredible team at Wyndham are quite remarkable and provided

My brother spent twelve months at Wyndham Hall and received excellent care and attention while a resident at this well staffed and helpful care home. All the staff got to know his family and relatives when they came to visit him. The staff showed constant care despite some trying moments with good humour
