Wyndham Hall Care Home is a 2015 addition to the Maria Mallaband care home portfolio, a growing and respected provider that is highly-regarded within the UK care sector.

The new residence provides five star accommodation for 60 people and specialises in the provision of outstanding nursing, residential and dementia care within its beautiful modern facilities.

All 60 bedrooms are en-suite and decorated to an elegant hotel standard. The home is finished to a lavish standard throughout, offering comfort, elegance and security. Facilities also include elegant dining rooms, a quiet lounge, garden room, a pub, spa facilities and cinema room.

Wyndham Hall Care Home provides my father with very good care. The staff are amazing and always very helpful. The care home is clean and tidy and the relatives are looked after as well giving us peace of mind.

This is Mum's second stay in Wyndham Hall. This time it has become her new home. All the staff go the extra mile to ensure that the residents are well cared for with the utmost respect for their dignity. Mum is content and her well being is assured. The home offers excellent facilities and activities
are planned and organised daily. Some staff have exceptional training and experience but all are trained to very high standards. They have patience with not only the residents but the relative. Their insight into all aspects of their charges shows good management and staff liaison. It is a pleasure to visit the home and speak with staff and residents alike.

My mother moved into Wyndham Hall Care Home on 28th September 2017 and from that day onwards I had no concerns whatsoever. The carers and nurses treated her with dignity and were always kind and gentle towards her. They gave her the best care possible until 28th November 2018 when she died.

I must say it's the cleanest care homes I've ever been to. Also, all the staff are friendly and full of manners. But I must mention one staff member, in particular, he has amazing bedside manners. When you ask him to do something, he would be straight onto it.
He really goes above and beyond.

My mother spent her last months at Wyndham Hall. She was a proud woman who nonetheless accepted that the staff could look after her beautifully - but respect her dignity.


Her final days were made very comfortable and respect was paid to her family at such a harrowing time.

In July my 92-year-old mum had two spells in hospital. The first was due to breathing difficulties and the second due to a fall that resulted in a broken hip and consequently a hip replacement. Mum returned to the home very weak and we didn't expect her to come through but with the care of the staff
at Wyndham, she was brought back from the brink.

Our Mum was a resident at Wyndham Hall from March 2017 until her passing in November 2017. We all as a family agreed that the gold stars of this place are surely the staff. Each and every one of them would deserve a mention. Mums room was clean, modern and spacious. We loved the fact that we could come
and go as we liked and even bring in our dogs (we were allowed to this I hope !). Over the days and nights at the end, the staff there could not have been more accommodating, understanding and helpful.

Always made to feel very welcome. Lovely to be called by our names. If you ask for anything it's always bought for you. Love the fact you can come in whenever.


After stopping several nights to be with my dad, a water machine would be very helpful. Coffee is fantastic but I found it was very hot in

there which I do understand but we did run out of cold drinks in the night. Other than that we were cared for amazingly well.

My mother was admitted in March 2017 and lived at the home up to her death in September 2017. In the months she was in residence she was treated with respect and dignity at all times. She developed a lovely rapport with her carers. As the end approached, the staff were lovely. The two nurses on duty
when she died were wonderful both to Mum and me.

My brother was admitted to Wyndham Hall because he was very ill and could not cope on his own at home. Sadly, he only stayed in the home 18 days. I live in France and his nearest relative. Wyndham Hall provided the home he needed. All the staff took care of him, spent time with him, chatted with him
and did their very best, always looking for something which would help him over the short time before he died. We were all welcome at any time and the many (very many) visits were not resented by the staff.

Our family were very pleased with the care our dad received at Wyndham Hall Care Home for a week's respite. The staff were wonderful at helping him settle in and encouraging him to join in the activities.


Our family members were made very welcome whenever we visited and it was a positive experience

My brother has been in Wyndham Hall since January 2016 and his quality of care has been excellent.
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and now he is totally bedridden the staff cannot do enough for him.
I would not hesitate to recommend Wyndham Hall to anyone.

My relative has been in Wyndham for nearly a year. When we arrived there was a lovely atmosphere, warm and friendly. As the months have gone on the staff have changed and with more residents, the staff have less time for each resident making it short staffed. The atmosphere has changed, the staff are
too busy to spend time with residents and residents spend more time in their rooms doing nothing but watching TV. There was an excellent activity coordinator for a few months who left suddenly and now there are no activities and the "buzz" that greeted you in Wyndham has gone. Would I put my relative there now? I would certainly explore other options.

Our staffing levels are at the correct level for the number of residents living with us, the staff always have ample time to interact with the residents on a daily basis, unfortunately we did lose our activities co-ordinator, however the position has now been filled and we will be back to twice daily activities in the home.

We were lucky to be able to use Wyndham Hall for a week's respite care for our elderly father, enabling us to enjoy a family Christmas together, secure in the knowledge that he would be safe and well cared for as he is diabetic, has mild dementia and mobility issues. We were very impressed with the
