My brother-in-law has been in Rose Lodge for the past six months. Everyone there is very friendly towards him and help him all they can. The manager has gone over and above her duties to help us all. He has enjoyed some very nice trips out to different places and overall is very happy there. Would thoroughly recommend if you are looking for a homely, loving residence for your relative.
Thank you so much for your kind review of Rose Lodge Care Home. We are pleased to hear that you are happy with all the care we provide for your brother-in-law. I will share your lovely feedback with the rest of the team!
Excellent. My mother, after a shaky start, enjoyed being in the home. She loved the outings. She liked the other residents and made friends. She enjoyed the food. She always felt cared for and spoke highly of her carers. She loved the hairdressers and the cafe. It felt like we were going on a little trip. Many thanks.
Every time I visit I am impressed by the care and dignity given to my relatives by all members of the staff. I find the care home to be a friendly, warm and welcoming place and always look forward to visiting.

My parents have really settled well at Rose Lodge, and the staff have made them really welcome. They are both really well cared for and all the staff have been very patient with them and are really lovely. It was a huge upheaval moving them to Rose Lodge but we are so pleased we made the decision as they are so happy here.

My mother has been in Rose Lodge for around fourteen months initially for respite care. Since day 1 we have felt so welcome in Rose Lodge. There is always a member of staff on hand to offer help where needed. You are always treated with a smile and a "hello" by the staff. All the staff care so much for mothers' needs. They do so much above their basic needs to ensure she is happy and well cared for. We are so glad we found Rose Lodge as they have taken away so much of the worry about mum's care and needs as her dementia progresses.

My mother-in-law has been in Rose Lodge for about 15 months. She has dementia, so sometimes isn't aware of where she is, but all the staff do their best to give her the care she needs so I am very happy she is in this home.

Mum has been a resident since March this year when my dad passed unexpectedly. She has dementia and doesn't remember Dad or myself and my brothers. She has settled in very well, and the care and attention she receives are exemplary. We couldn't have wished for a better home for her. The staff are friendly and have Mum's best interest at heart.

My mum has been a resident with Rose Lodge for a little over a month now . I honestly can't begin to explain how amazing the staff and home is. She has settled in amazing, the staff are so warming and make us all all feel very relaxed that mums in the safest hands. Mum feels so at home already. Gaining weight and looking bright and also making lots of new friends. If every home can be half of what Rose Lodge is then the world will be a better place.
Excellent service, first-class senior, and a brilliant administrator who manages to combine her duties with pastoral care. Reps came to mum's funeral and gave the due respect I welcomed. The reception staff was very understanding. What more can I say - perfect!

Rose Lodge always went above and beyond in the care of my dad. They took all the worry away from me and my family. Dad loved all the food that was freshly prepared for him. My mum has been a resident since July 2021 and settled in very well. Although she is not someone who wants to mix with others she has been gently encouraged to go on a few excursions out and enjoyed them. The staff and management team are all lovely and refer to her by name (Mum can’t remember theirs though sadly). They have catered for her particular food requirements and other needs. They are very friendly to myself when I visit and often update me on how she is doing, things that have happened, etc. The home is very clean and the rooms are cosy. I couldn’t have chosen a nicer home for her. Thank you to all.

I would recommend Rose Lodge for their care, which is second to none. The way they respect people, give them dignity - I just cannot put into words how I feel about this home, how they cared for my husband. Highly recommended. Not only do they give 100% care, they also looked after me (the wife). Well done, Rose Lodge.
My nan can be stubborn with her routines and often hard to please. But even she has had nothing but good things to say about the staff and the way things are run. The peace of mind my family gets now from knowing she is cared for 24/7 is well worth the investment. I would recommend this company and the home to anyone.
The rooms are spacious and clean. The one thing we didn't expect, was just how good the carers are with contacting you regarding even the smallest concerns. They seem to really care for their residents. The residents I've noticed all seem happy too, which is a huge plus.
Thank you to all their team.
