Ryefield Court is a beautiful purpose-built care home in Hillingdon that offers spacious care facilities within a luxury environment. The home's pricing policy is all-inclusive, which means a single weekly fee covers all care, all facilities and all events. This includes the heart of the home – which is a bar and bistro – fine dining and entertainment. It also includes delicious meals and snacks made freshly in the onsite kitchen using the finest local ingredients.

A team of professional and skilled staff are trained in the delivery of high-quality care to all residents, of all abilities, and all hospitality staff are trained to hotel standards. Their policy is to always pay above the National Living Wage and employ a higher than average quantity of staff, ensuring all residents' expectations are always met and nothing is too much trouble.

The home features its own cinema room where residents can relax and enjoy a wide variety of classic and modern films, along with a fully stocked bar and bistro, library, private dining room, spa, hairdressing salon and landscaped gardens. Ryefield Court really is a lovely home.

Ryefield Court has a full-time events manager who organises activities and events for all residents to enjoy. These included featured evening entertainment, such as bands and dance troupes, while the home has its own chauffeur-driven limousine for use on days out and special occasions.

I have been here for the past six weeks and I have found it very comfortable. Staff are willing and try their best. Sometimes in hard situations, food is very adequate, good selection.

I am writing on behalf of my partner who is a resident and came to Ryefield Court on 31/08/2022 and found it difficult to settle into his new life, being fit but had a bad stroke which has left him in a wheelchair. After three months he has settled well and gets on with his carers and staff who look
after him in his new world also with residents, also their relatives. Sports is his main interest. The Bistro is a great meeting place so he doesn't stay in his room. I visit five days a week we are greeted by the Bistro staff who serve us a drink of our choice. Ryefield is a well-organised care home which makes it like home from home. The staff and carers are always on hand for his needs, nothing is too much trouble and always cheerful. Ryefield is managed excellently with programs of activities for residents and a weekly newsletter for families. It's a very exceptional care home with a dining facility for special occasions.

Mum came to Ryefield in a state of mental confusion during covid due to Dementia issues and the care she has received from day one has been excellent. The staff have been so friendly and caring. Mum took some time to settle, but the staff were always so patient with her and distracted her to help her
settle. The home is welcoming, and clean and provides such accessible visiting, such as having coffee in the Bistro or organising lunches for special occasions with the family. Thank you Ryefield for looking after mum your staff are fantastic!

Overall I have been very satisfied by the care provided at Ryefield. The cleanliness of the home is impeccable. More importantly, there is a very warm and caring ambience. The staff show enthusiasm, compassion and commitment in their roles, and the management team appear extremely supportive. The majority
of the staff are excellent but in my experience although good, some do not show quite the same enthusiasm as the majority hence a 'good' rating. Some more bespoke activities for the dementia resident would I believe be extremely beneficial.

I have been visiting my elderly friend at Ryefield Court for over two years and have always found the staff to be lovely, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Nothing was ever too much for any of them, and they did everything to help him and make him happy while he was there.
I had a high opinion of
them anyway, and this has now increased x1000 since my friend passed away, and I was their only point of contact.
I really cannot put into words the kindness they showed to me and, even more importantly, the kindness, love and respect they showed towards him after his passing.
I will really never forget it.
Their actions and words came so naturally; it was obvious that they really do care - everyone from the manager to everyone downstairs and all the lovely ladies upstairs- too many to name.

From December 2018 through to June 2022, mum was extremely well looked after by the wonderful staff who understood her needs and preferences. She was enabled to maintain some mobility, socialise, join in activities, and enjoy outings. She loved visits from friends and family when possible, and weekly
Skype calls allowed mum to keep connected with us.
Towards the end, her care continued with respect, dignity and measured concern. Her medical requirements were dealt with promptly and her personal care continued to be of a very high standard. At all times, our communications with the carers and management were easy, open and honest. In mum's final days and after she died, everyone across management, care and hospitality - showed the family kindness, giving emotional support and practical help.
In the years that mum spent at Ryefield Court, we know that the caring, attentive staff did all they could to keep mum comfortable, happy, healthy and safe.

In October 2021 we realised my dad's safety could not be ensured in his home. We asked dad to try Ryefield Court for a week, he asked to stay for two then chose to become a resident. His room is comfortable and feels homely with his own momentoes. He enjoys the meals and we can share lunchtimes during
our visits. All the staff from the different departments seems to work together for my dad's care and welfare. I feel assured knowing my dad's care and welfare are in the hands of Ryefield staff.

From the very first contact, all the staff were helpful and friendly. The care given to my dad was over and above anything, I could have imagined. No matter what time of day or night every contact was wonderful. Even when 'lockdown' occurred and pressure was high my family and especially my dad received

Ryefield Court has had to face a lot of challenges with confirmed cases of covid with staff and residents. This has meant the relatives have not been able to see their loved ones as often as we would like. However, I appreciate the efforts this care home have made to keep our loved ones safe. Throughout

My poor mother sadly never spent much time at Ryfields as she sadly passed away within her first month there. However, from the moment, she stepped in there she was made so welcome. Every member of staff was so happy, helpful and nothing was too much trouble
Her room was lovely bright and cosy.


When

the time came to say our goodbyes to mum, the whole family was able to visit
The staff also made sure we were okay and again nothing was too much trouble.


The home is amazing and the staff are unbelievable I call them my angels. I just wish mum had more time with them.

My Mother in law was a Resident at Ryefield Court for over three years. As a retired Psychiatric Nurse myself working for an older age range team, I have always been very impressed with the care in this home. It has always been excellent. When Mum had to move to the Dementia Unit I was so impressed
by the fact she moved into the room directly above the one she had been in, so it more familiar in the view outside and the placing on the unit, which meant she was able to settle there quickly. From the beginning, I have always been impressed by all the care team, the activity team, and the manager, and by all those behind the scenes. Everyone has always been very helpful friendly and caring. During the lockdown, everything was done to enable visiting. The Bistro staff who ran the visiting did a superb job in this difficult time.
I was impressed with Mum's end of life care, particularly the last week of her life. Mum was always treated like the marvellous woman she had always been.

My sister was admitted to Ryefield in February and I could not be happier with the standard of care. She was initially unsettled and confused but all the staff did their utmost to make her feel at home. She was treated as an individual with her interests and needs catered for so not only is she physically
well cared for but is mentally stimulated. The range of activities arranged for the residents is impressive and the surroundings are bright and cheerful. My sister spends a lot of time in the bistro and the staff there are unfailingly kind, patient, and cheerful. The senior carer on my sister's floor contacted me to find out more about my sister's interests so as to help her adjust and has been very helpful when I've phoned with queries. Ryefield certainly does not conform to the stereotype of a depressing environment of a care home as the atmosphere is bright and cheerful with a lovely, well kept garden for the residents and visitors to enjoy.

Mum has been a permanent resident at Ryefield Court for over 3 years.
She recently has a DoLS assessment and told the assessor that she was very happy there, with no complaints and thought the staff all lovely!
As a family, we are so pleased we chose Ryefield as mum's home.
The home are trying hard
to accommodate safe visiting following the residents covid boosters.
A huge thank you to all the wonderful staff, who are indeed lovely!
Special thanks to the hospitality staff who have worked so hard overseeing pod, garden and internal visits and to the first floor staff who care daily for mum.

I only knew Ryefield for a matter of days before lockdown and therefore could only judge the facilities by the photos in the brochure. Now that Ryefield is opening up to us all post-Covid, the photos are coming to life and I am pleased to say that I am not disappointed.
The staff must have been good
through some really stressful and testing times during Covid, looking after our loved ones without any assistance from relatives. That must, at times, have proven a real burden but, with only one exception, all staff dealt with it admirably - all going above and beyond. Every barrel has one bad apple and Ryefield was no different but when it was found it was swiftly dispatched.
I have every confidence in Ryefield and wish to thank all staff for their hard work and their love of our loved ones.

Ryefield continues to excel. I am very satisfied with the care and compassion that we witness first hand. The facilities are top quality and are very comfortable to visit. I am always very happy when I am at Ryefield and know that the high standard of care and compassion continues until I return. The
house is safe and has a good atmosphere. The staff are always friendly and genuine. If I have an issue I know that once I have raised it, it will soon be resolved and I will be informed of the outcome.
The Management team are always keen to have feedback and will take comments to improve.
The Manager leads by example and her team all work the best they can for the residents. The residents are their priority. I can call at any time for an update. I am an avid Ryefield follower on Facebook and really love seeing the residents enjoying the activities and the food! Now the Bistro has reopened there is another option for visitors. The Bistro team are excellent.
