Ryefield Court is a beautiful purpose-built care home in Hillingdon that offers spacious care facilities within a luxury environment. The home's pricing policy is all-inclusive, which means a single weekly fee covers all care, all facilities and all events. This includes the heart of the home – which is a bar and bistro – fine dining and entertainment. It also includes delicious meals and snacks made freshly in the onsite kitchen using the finest local ingredients.

A team of professional and skilled staff are trained in the delivery of high-quality care to all residents, of all abilities, and all hospitality staff are trained to hotel standards. Their policy is to always pay above the National Living Wage and employ a higher than average quantity of staff, ensuring all residents' expectations are always met and nothing is too much trouble.

The home features its own cinema room where residents can relax and enjoy a wide variety of classic and modern films, along with a fully stocked bar and bistro, library, private dining room, spa, hairdressing salon and landscaped gardens. Ryefield Court really is a lovely home.

Ryefield Court has a full-time events manager who organises activities and events for all residents to enjoy. These included featured evening entertainment, such as bands and dance troupes, while the home has its own chauffeur-driven limousine for use on days out and special occasions.

Ryefield continues to excel. I am very satisfied with the care and compassion that we witness first hand. The facilities are top quality and are very comfortable to visit. I am always very happy when I am at Ryefield and know that the high standard of care and compassion continues until I return. The
house is safe and has a good atmosphere. The staff are always friendly and genuine. If I have an issue I know that once I have raised it, it will soon be resolved and I will be informed of the outcome.
The Management team are always keen to have feedback and will take comments to improve.
The Manager leads by example and her team all work the best they can for the residents. The residents are their priority. I can call at any time for an update. I am an avid Ryefield follower on Facebook and really love seeing the residents enjoying the activities and the food! Now the Bistro has reopened there is another option for visitors. The Bistro team are excellent.

I would like to thank the staff at Ryefield Court Care Home for the great effort and consideration they gave to my grandmother and our family to enable us to celebrate her 102nd birthday this summer. Grandma had a busy morning having her hair and nails done and was wrapped up warm so she could be brought
out into the garden to meet us. We were greeted with a champagne reception. Tables were beautifully decorated and laid with a magnificent afternoon tea. There was a wonderful entertainer and we were joined by many other residents and staff. A great fuss was made for Grandma on this special day - more so as restrictions had previously meant the family were unable to gather together for so long. A special thanks to the entertainment staff who clearly went to great lengths to ensure it would be the perfect celebration for Grandma as well as meeting all our requests for the day. Thank you to all the care and support staff who we value greatly - your work is much appreciated.

My mum went into Ryefield Court for three weeks of respite care in May and was so happy there that she has stayed as a resident. The care and attention given to her are second to none. The home is absolutely beautiful - very spacious, clean and modern with a big garden (lovely sculptures and flowers).
Management
and staff are superb, absolutely first-rate. The manager is a joy and has such skill in choosing her staff - all are so patient, reassuring, comforting and smiley! The atmosphere at Ryefield Court is one of calmness and first-rate care - I used to worry about my mum every day when she lived on her own but now she is safe, happy and so well looked after. I've been kept up to date with any changes needed in Mum's care and they look after all medical appointments, such as hearing and eye tests and doctor's visits. Meals are excellent - such skilled chefs - and activities are varied and fun. Ten out of ten for Ryefield Court!

Our mum stayed for three weeks respite care and thoroughly enjoyed being pampered throughout her stay.
All the staff are a delight and a credit to their employers. In our opinion, the facilities, standards and attention to detail are second to none and we would not hesitate to recommend Ryefield
Court to anyone looking for respite or permanent residency for a loved one (I would have liked to stay myself!).
It was unfortunate her stay was slightly overshadowed by the Covid pandemic, which meant visiting was quite restricted, as she does like to interact with her family as much as possible but, of course, they did their best in very difficult times.

The service offered by Ryefield Court is second to none! It’s absolutely incredible and we are so pleased with how Mum is being treated and cared for. We initially booked a 4-week respite visit for Mum, but she’s so happy there and we feel so much more at ease Mum wants to stay! The building is fresh,

Mum has been at Ryefield Court for almost three years now and we are so pleased with the way she is cared for. The staff are always very caring and supportive of mum and could not be more helpful when we visit. Their approach throughout the pandemic has been thorough and professional, always reading
the situation well and with excellent communications throughout. They did everything possible to make visits possible and practical in very difficult circumstances.

My father became a resident of Ryefield a few weeks ago and has thrived in the care home. The environment is very pleasant and calming for him. All the staff are cheerful and extremely caring towards my father and have been very professional. Having my father living at Ryefield has put our minds at

The care that my auntie has received has been above and beyond our expectations.
My aunt is happy, relaxed and so very well cared for.
The staff keep her spirits up even during lockdown when we were unable to visit she was still always okay when we phoned.
She will often express her fondness for
the staff and the care she receives.
It allows us as a family to have peace of mind, knowing that she is cared for.

Mum has been at Ryefield for 2.5 years. My sister and I count ourselves as so lucky to have found somewhere that has been absolutely perfect for her, and us. A combination of good staff to resident ratio and excellent standards of care means mum feels safe and loved, particularly with the pressures
of the pandemic the level of comfort and support provided by the staff has been exemplary.

Having been for two weeks respite, early autumn 2020, I thought you would be struggling to find a better home. The care and attention were second to none. When my wife was required to become a permanent care home resident, there was no point in looking elsewhere. Food quality and management, both outstanding.
The staff are brilliant, again a tribute to the management. I have recommended this home to others and will continue to do so.

My mum was struggling living by herself at home. She has several falls and was not eating properly; she was getting more and more depressed by the day. After a long stay in the hospital, she agreed to try a care home. My sister and I visited several care homes that were depressing to visit, let alone
live in. When we found Ryefield, it was like a 5-star hotel. My mum's health and happiness have vastly improved, and she enjoys the company of all the staff and residents.

During the Covid pandemic, my mother has been extremely well cared for at Ryefield Court. I speak to her daily and she has usually taken part in an activity during the day and she speaks highly of the carers. She has had a few medical issues recently and the care staff have called in the appropriate
NHS services and my mother's medical requirements have been identified and dealt with promptly. I would like to particularly mention the manager and her team who are now organising the Skype calls and visits. Last Saturday I visited Mum but the visit was not straightforward as Mum had been ill the previous day and also needed some treatment from the Community Nurse. I am not local and had a 2-hour drive to Hillingdon but kindly, they emailed me at 07:50 in the morning to tell me that Mum was well and my visit could go ahead. They also arranged to extend my visit time because unfortunately, my Mum was being seen by the nurse when I arrived. They were very thoughtful and kind.

Ryefield Court is the true meaning of a care home. It feels and looks like home and the staff really do care. They are like family to the resident when the family cannot be there. I am have been so pleased with the care provided to my mother at Ryefield. Really glad to have found Ryefield Court a hidden gem in Uxbridge. Moreover the handling of the Covid -19 crisis and how this has been led by the management team has been exemplary. As a daughter of a resident it has been so
welcome to be kept informed by the Zoom meetings and regular email updates. This has proved very reassuring.

My mother has been in Ryefield Court since late 2019. My mother has dementia and has specific care and dietary needs. Mum needed a residential home which for her had luxurious surroundings and her own bathroom and could cater for her dietary needs as well as somewhere she would be given time and true
care. For her family we wanted Mum to have the best care and best family liaison. This place was and is Ryefield.
Under the fantastic leadership of the manager, and a hardworking, friendly and professional care team, Mum has received the best care from day one at Ryefield. I have no worries about Mum in Ryefield and know she is being treated with the utmost respect and dignity. Ryefield have really taken time to get to know Mum and the care plan she has demonstrates that they know her so well, especially how to communicate with her. they continue to do everything plus more. Thank you. I fully recommend. Family liaison is first class in every way too.

I have nothing but praise for the wonderful staff and carers at Ryefield Court. Their care for my father has been exceptional since his first day with them, and they have coped admirably with the incredibly difficult situation caused by the pandemic. They have excelled at keeping their residents both
safe and comfortable during the crisis, and regular updates to families have been enormously comforting. Before my father became a resident, we asked a number of healthcare professionals for their preference of local care homes and Ryefield Court was consistently mentioned as one of, if not, the best, and I can certainly see why. Not only is the care superb, but the facilities and food are fantastic, and the rooms spacious and always clean. It was not an easy decision to place my father in care, but at least I have the comfort of knowing that I have found the kindest and best place for him. Thank you to everyone at Ryefield Court - you're all amazing!
