We had a fine dining family lunch. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The lounge/bar area and dining room beautifully presented. The three-course meal was very generous and very tasty.

We have had great reviews from all the family about my Uncle and Aunts stay and would highly recommend Ryefield Court.

It is such a relief to know that Mum is being well cared for and is happily living at Ryefield Court. The staff team has worked hard to enable this, encouraging her to join in with activities and to meet other residents. They also strive to accommodate her individual needs. This has had a positive effect on her health and well being. When I visit I am welcomed by all staff, many of whom know whose daughter I am, and are able to give an update on how Mum has been. Being able to share a meal with Mum is so valuable, especially as I travel from a distance. They have also catered for a number of family events, enabling us to all be together. In short, I am so pleased that we chose Ryefield Court.

My friend is a resident at Ryefield Court and it is a pleasure to visit her in such clean and pleasant surroundings. As she has dementia it is not possible to take her out but we always enjoy having a coffee in the lounge and feel as if we are in a nice hotel somewhere. Although confused, she is always delighted to see me and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

91st birthday celebration. Mum spent her 90th birthday in hospital last year, therefore, this was very special to her family. It was wonderful to have the garden lounge decorated with balloons, lots of lovely food and drink, doors wide open for the great grandchildren and grandchildren to be able to play outside! Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff.

From the moment Mum came to Ryefield Court we have been so impressed with the care she has received. The staff are brilliant - caring, well trained and they all have a genuine, warm rapport with the residents. Her room is lovely - the home is welcoming, inviting and cosily decorated. The food is excellent, especially the fine dining and there are plenty of varied activities to be involved in. It is the dedication of the staff which is paramount though and their care is exemplary. Mum is content, safe and making friends.

Visited to have a look round. The new manager showed us around showing complete respect to my mother. Everything was explained and all questions answered truthfully. Mother decided she wanted to come here and the arrangements were made swiftly. The manager made Mum feel at home immediately and checked on her for us regularly. Changes to her room were accommodated and carried out in a timely fashion. Mum has now settled in but the manager's attention to her and the other residents has not wanned.

Laundry goes missing from time to time - other peoples clothes appear in drawers and wardrobes, even though all my mother's items have linen name stitched labels sewn in.

I was delighted to find Ryefield Court when I needed respite for my mother who had recently come out of hospital. It was more like a hotel than a care home and I was pleased with my Mum's care. The bedrooms were spacious and clean and my Mum's comment, when asked about the food, was impeccable! The garden is lovely along with the Bistro serving great food for visitors.

Mum and our family had "fine dining" for her birthday. All the family was made to feel extremely important. The food was excellent aswell as being looked after by a certain staff member who was marvellous. We would like to thank everyone for a wonderful afternoon and mum had a lovely birthday.

Also, a special thanks to certain staff members who are always excellent every week and also the ladie who makes my mums nails always look nice.

I have been visiting a friend here since it opened and can honestly say Ryefield is amazing. The staff are wonderful - always so friendly and helpful. My own father was in a home which was truly awful. I think Ryefield proves that you get what you pay for. If I ever need to be in a home I'd be here like shot.

A most enjoyable visit to an excellent home. The staff were all friendly, polite, helpful and kind. And from a personal point of view, I was very touched to be given an excellent lunch AND kindly dropped off at the station - just the way to showcase good service and management.

The standard of care at Ryefield Court in Hillingdon was beyond our expectations. Not only did the environment and facilities have a 'home from home' quality, the carers were outstanding.

My mother spent the last year of her life there, and I can only praise the management and carers for the love and respect they gave her in her final days.
