Ryefield Court is a beautiful purpose-built care home in Hillingdon that offers spacious care facilities within a luxury environment. The home's pricing policy is all-inclusive, which means a single weekly fee covers all care, all facilities and all events. This includes the heart of the home – which is a bar and bistro – fine dining and entertainment. It also includes delicious meals and snacks made freshly in the onsite kitchen using the finest local ingredients.

A team of professional and skilled staff are trained in the delivery of high-quality care to all residents, of all abilities, and all hospitality staff are trained to hotel standards. Their policy is to always pay above the National Living Wage and employ a higher than average quantity of staff, ensuring all residents' expectations are always met and nothing is too much trouble.

The home features its own cinema room where residents can relax and enjoy a wide variety of classic and modern films, along with a fully stocked bar and bistro, library, private dining room, spa, hairdressing salon and landscaped gardens. Ryefield Court really is a lovely home.

Ryefield Court has a full-time events manager who organises activities and events for all residents to enjoy. These included featured evening entertainment, such as bands and dance troupes, while the home has its own chauffeur-driven limousine for use on days out and special occasions.

From first visit to view home staff were very professional and friendly, and answered all of our questions, all staff made a point of greeting us as we were shown round. My dad spent nearly 3 weeks in respite care there and although he wasn't too keen to leave home initially he settled very quickly
as the staff are just so lovely and friendly, nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need, you really feel like they are treating your family as they would their own. My dad enjoyed his time there and only had 1 little complaint, the two main sport channels are not available at all in the home, not in rooms or lounges and when you are 90 years old you are limited to some activities, so TV becomes a big part of your day, especially when crazy about sport. I do think this should be something the home should consider installing, it isn't cheap staying in Ryefield and having this would have made his stay there 100% perfect, instead of 99.9%.

Today we had a fine dining experience with my dad, brother and his family visiting from abroad. The food was excellent and the staff were amazing, so attentive and helpful. I am so happy we have been able to enjoy such a lovely day with Dad and have been waited on by the lovely staff.

Our family member came to stay for a few weeks respite, and has decided to stay at Ryefield Court. She has quite high medical and mobility needs and these are being addressed well. Like many, this has been a difficult decision to stay, but she is beginning to settle, make friends and enjoy the facilities.

My mum is a service user, so today six of her relatives including me had a Sunday roast in the private dining room. We had a very nice roast chicken dinner and the service was excellent.
Plenty of drinks, the room is bright and airy, interesting table. Very nice helpful person serving. Thank you.

First impressions of Ryefield Court care home, amazing. The staff are wonderful very welcoming nothing is ever too much trouble. Friends for life. Whatever time of day they are always above and beyond to meet the needs of inpatients and visitors. Always come away with a smile on my face knowing my father

The care home is such a welcoming place where you feel that your relative is having the best care possible. The facilities are excellent and most importantly, the staff seem to genuinely care about the residents. Visitors too are always warmly welcomed and nothing is too much trouble. The opportunities
of having lunches and celebrating special occasions with residents really show the commitment of the home to support the residents and their families.
I am very happy that my relative is in such a wonderful place.

My mother has been at Ryefield Court for 2 years now and is very happy and excellently cared for. She says it is home only better. The staff and other residents are friends, with someone with a friendly smile always around to help or chat. She prefers to watch the regular organised social activities
than participate and that’s fine. Her health, both physically and mentally, has improved since she has been here. She particularly loves the Bistro area and the beautiful gardens and is pleased she no longer has any practical worries. She also loves the freshly prepared food. The family has peace of mind that Mum is safe, happy, relaxed and her needs are always sensitively met. As her dementia worsens, she will already be in a familiar place best suited to her increasing needs.
To sum up, the team at Ryefield is dedicated and positive. Led by the exceptional manager, they create a warm welcoming atmosphere which helps make visiting Mum a pleasure.

My father arrived 6 months ago after a 10-week stint in hospital. He has moderate dementia. As a family, we cannot thank Ryefield Care Home enough for their support in settling Dad into his new way of life and his new home. All the staff are absolutely brilliant. Every day the residents are given the
opportunity to take part in a well-planned itinerary suited to their needs including day trips outside of the home. Dad's room has just been refurbished to a very high standard. The meals are superb with options to join residents for lunch in the bistro. The ground floor bistro is fabulous, alongside the beautiful garden. It is reassuring to know our dad is safe, healthy and very happy. Thank you Ryefield Court!

I don’t often write a review yet this was easy to do. As a family, we had never discussed ever putting my mum in a care home so it has been a very hard and emotional journey. In reflection, I could not imagine my mum anywhere else. The personal care and love she receives in Ryefield Court are amazing.
They know her so well and as a family, we are welcomed and involved in everything. We are always being asked “Can we do better?” or “Do you have any suggestions to make her stay there more comfortable and homely?”. I would definitely recommend it to my friends or anyone looking for a unique and special place for their loved ones.

I am delighted to say that we made the best choice possible for our mum to stay at Ryefield Court Care Home. It is like home from home the facilities, decor and atmosphere make you feel relaxed from the moment you arrive through the door.
The staff from management, seniors, care teams, hospitality,
chefs and kitchen staff, domestics and hairdressers go above and beyond for each and every resident. All members never pass without greeting everyone by name and that includes the visiting relatives.
Although there are teams of carers allocated to each floor everyone looks out for all residents no matter where they may be especially in the bistro which is a popular meeting place for everyone to sit relax and have a coffee with a delicious slice of homemade cake.
The food choice for residents is excellent with two meal choices on the menu at each meal. Excellent nutritious food always on offer.
The daily activities and entertainment for residents are amazing. Keeping the residents' minds alert.

Ryefield Court has excellent facilities. The care and attention to detail by the management and carers is commendable. As my Mother has dementia and can no longer look after herself we could not have wished for a better home to place her, knowing that she is so well looked after. We would not hesitate

My nan has been a resident since July and previously had respite stays.
Every member of staff across the building, receptionist, carers, bar staff, everyone is friendly and can't do enough.
Nan has been ill during her stay and had falls, and the staff were on it from the first symptoms. Great communication
throughout.
The home has amazing food and plenty of activities.

My mum initially entered Ryefield for a 2-week respite. From there it was a family decision for Mum to become a permanent resident, her health and fragility had become too much to care for her at home. It was a very hard decision to make but now 5 months down the line, it is lovely and heartwarming
to see her enjoying her life with new friends and daily activities. Ryefield is a place that has brought peace of mind, trust and care to myself and my family. I can't fault the care, compassion and time that has been given to Mum.

Here for two weeks respite care. A very pleasant experience.
Beautiful gardens, residents encouraged to go outside. Parasols provided for sun protection.

The reality doesn’t live up to the glossy website and brochure.
Whilst some carers do a great job, they are hampered rather than motivated by the management. Residents are often left unattended for too long.
The culture seems more focused on impressing visitors and short-term cost management rather
than caring and being responsive to residents’ needs. Overall, poor value for money.

I have been here since August 2021 and have felt like I am still on holiday. I came for respite and did not go home. You step into reception and are made very welcome, even the ambulance men say how good the atmosphere is when they come. All staff from management to cleaners have a smile and chat for
everyone, which is most important, and lifts people's spirits straight away. The manager does a wonderful job of picking the right staff that bond very well.

I am so happy with the care and facilities provided at Ryefield Court. What stands out for me most is that the staff are always happy, which reflects on the residents.
My dad has settled really well which is a reflection on the staff and activities run. If anything is not working well, staff are quick
to put it right.
Not a criticism, but something that would be helpful for relatives would be an induction pack to make navigating systems and processes easier.

Mum arrived at Ryefield Court Care Home following a fall at home and hospital admission. Initially for respite but we have been so impressed with her care, she is now a permanent resident. All of the staff are so friendly, caring and accommodating. They are understanding when Mum is having a difficult
day. They handle any queries we have efficiently. Ryefield is bright, friendly and very well kept with lots of events for the residents. We are very happy.
