Respite stays are subject to a 20% uplift on the prices shown above. Fees are subject to a pre-admission needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level of care and support required by each individual. Mum has been a resident for 3 years now. She is comfortable and as happy as can be. The care she receives is exceptionally good. All the Care staff are kind, supportive and caring. The nursing staff ensure all her needs are met and always gives us as a family regular feedback so we are happy knowing
she is in good hands. I also want to mention the reception and office staff and all the managers who are always there to answer any questions we may have and welcome us when visiting.

I would like to say thank you to the activities department at Tennyson Grange, on behalf of my wife and I, for all the activities that we went on in December. Trips to the music hall and to the pantomime, also all the entertainers who came to entertain at Tennyson Grange. Also for a very nice Christmas
lunch which was a great success. We would also like to thank all the carers that look after her and the admin team, well done to everyone. Thank you.

Having carried out due diligence, we chose Tennyson Grange for my mum. All staff are very welcoming to residents and families alike, it's clean with great facilities and well presented. Everyone from the management, household, administrative, activities, carers and medical teams who are well trained,
caring, always helpful and will go out of their way to make residents and their families as comfortable as possible, when necessary, simplifying any challenges faced. The activities team always offer an amazing variety of internal activities and external entertainment, as well as visits outside of the home.
There is something for everyone from choirs, and singers covering all different genres, to visiting the theatre. I’d recommend Tennyson Grange to anyone, it is the people who make the place, so thank you to all the kind, caring, cheerful staff. Please keep doing what you’re all doing as you all excel at it! 200%

My mum settled into full-time care with ease. We expected there to be some teething problems along the way, but everyone was very caring towards her, which made her transition comfortable. The amount of activities on offer has given her a new lease of life. She now has lots of things to look forward
to and talk about. She recently told me that she is very happy and has no regrets about moving into Tennyson Grange.

The manager and her team have been looking after my dear friend for over a year now and they excel in everything they do. The activities schedule is outstanding. Everyday there is always something going on to keep the residents entertained. I have visited several nursing homes and Tennyson Grange is

We are having a very good experience at Tennyson Grange. My husband has now been a dementia patient there for over 2 months.
He was taking in very quickly because of his very challenging behaviour.
This went smoothly, considering how rushed we had to be.
We found a very caring team of carers, laundry,
cleaners, reception, management, nurses and catering staff.
Also, the weekly GP is a very empathetic person.
Food is of a very high standard. I have eaten there myself so I can vouch for this.
The activities are outstanding, led by a brilliant team. This makes for a marvellous atmosphere, for patients and staff.
Bright and clean, so a really lovely place to visit and bring our friends too.

My godmother has only been a resident for two weeks, but everything so far has been brilliant. I turned up unannounced but was welcomed and shown around. The help and support I got with things to extract my godmother from the hospital was such a relief, and now she is installed, I have every faith that
things are only going to get better. Everyone is so friendly. My godmother though confused seems so much happier.

The care, attitude and provision at Tennyson Grange were excellent. In fact, I would say exceptional. Attention to each resident's individuality, needs and ideas was paid. The atmosphere was friendly and caring. The activities were varied, catering for a variety of interests. The food was excellent.

My mum has now lived here for six months. She has fully settled in and enjoys participating in the daily quizzes. As her general health has now improved, she has also recently started going out on day trips in their minibus. By nature, she is shy and quiet, but she is making friends with fellow residents.
I find all the staff very approachable and easy to talk to.

We're leaving after a stay of one year and seven months. We have lovely carers, and the chef is magnificent. Housekeeping is brilliant, and the entertainment fabulous - lots of activities and outings. The nurses are fabulous. We have been moved onto the nursing floor and were looked after well.
Am
very happy in general, and the deputy manager is very kind and professional and runs a good team of staff.
Sad to leave, and we will miss the carers and nursing staff the most.

This place is lovely. The staff are great, especially with the residents and the cleanliness is fantastic. The daily schedule is brilliant for the residents, there is so much to do for them, it is great. I love that my nan has flourished being here. Its beautiful grounds and accommodation is great,
with lots of room. She loves it here and so do our family. We are very grateful that a place like this exists. Compared to other care homes, this is fabulous.

Choosing to place a loved one in a care home is a particularly emotional time. However, Gracewells of Sutton took good care of my father, and I felt reassured that he was looked after and well-treated. The room was pleasant and comfortable with a pretty garden view, and the unit was clean and well-organised.
The nurses were friendly, professional and very thorough, and they were obviously on top of my father's needs. The care workers were absolutely terrific - so kind, friendly and welcoming. I would also like to mention how wonderful the home admissions officer was when I was arranging the care for my father - her kindness and professionalism will not be forgotten. I was here for two weeks and found the majority of care satisfactory. The home was very pleasant, warm and comfortable and the food not always to my taste; there was too much meat. Overall, my stay was good and it would be nice to see the garden and the terrace in the warmer months. The object of my

Anyone considering relocating any relative into a care home for residential, dementia or nursing care should seriously consider Gracewell of Sutton. My mother who receives memory care has been there since it opened in November 2016. The care she receives is exemplary, she continues to tell me how happy
she is living at Gracewell and how wonderful the carers are. The residents receive weekly visits (if required) by a wonderful GP service. During the lockdown period owing to COVID-19, families have received weekly updates from the management, families have been able to face time residents by appointment and since July 8th we have been able to book visits with one member of the family. There have been no incidents of COVID-19 at Gracewell of Sutton.

My Wife became a resident of Gracewell Nursing floor in Nov 2019.
From that event, she was seamlessly made welcome by all the first-class Nursing Staff and Carers who are all friendly, patient and attentive.
I visited most days until the Lockdown was imposed. My family introduced her to Facetime
so with her own tablet computer she makes contact with family whenever she likes. (On a restrictive note, my wife occupies a very noisy room and also the Wi-fi breaks up, sometimes making conversation almost impossible)
We, as a family, are naturally pleased that management at Gracewell imposed the correct decisions in order to safeguard their residents from COVID-19.
My wife takes part in some of the activities arranged and she particularly enjoys the singer and strawberry teas.
We still look forward to the day when we can have unrestricted visits.
We must take this opportunity to record our family appreciation for all the care and attention the staff at Gracewell give to my Dear Wife and Mother.

My mother moved into Gracewell of Sutton around 18 months ago. Overall I am extremely happy with the level or care and support she receives. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, my mother is always saying how nice everyone is - she is particularly complimentary of the lovely food! I have been kept up
to date continuously about any changes with her condition - both with the nursing team and management. The latest challenges around COVID-19 have been dealt with very professionally in my opinion and I have been left in no doubt that my mum is in good hands. Moving my mum to Gracewell has been a great relief and I have no regrets whatsoever.

I would just like to say a big thank you to all the staff at Gracewell of Sutton. Mum has been in here now for 2 years and we as a family cannot fault the care and help she has received. Although she has deteriorated greatly, she still manages a smile and seems as happy as she can be under the circumstances.

think the home have coped amazingly well over the last 3 to 4 months under very extraordinary circumstances.
