A wonderful place. All staff I met were friendly and professional and offered great support to my wife.

I found the staff to be extremely pleasant and also very informative on the therapy that my husband was receiving.

Very clean and always tidy. Respectful of personal needs. Nice food, good food options. I would rather have white bread in the evenings instead of just brown. Lovely visiting areas, great cakes. Review night time checks as the patient didn't think he required it. The garden is beautiful.

I have nothing but praise for Marbrook and cannot thank them enough for the exceptional care given to my Dad.

I am very happy with the care my brother had at The Marbrook, he could not have been better looked after. All staff, carers and nurses are excellent. Thank you very much. It's a shame he had to leave.

As a family, we really couldn't fault our Marbrook experience. The help, support, kindness, understanding and patience that was shown to us all went way beyond our expectations. Every single department played a vital role in helping us through a very difficult journey in our lives.

The care my dad received was brilliant. The receptionist always greeting you with a smile. The carers always using my dad's name. Nothing was any trouble for the carers. Dad was treated with respect and kindness as an individual. Everyone, including cleaners/laundry was very friendly. The physios, occupational therapist and their assistant, along with speech therapists are miracle workers. So encouraging, patient and respectful. The only slight area for improvement - nurses and their communication.

Food adequate.

Absolutely everyone has been brilliant. What I liked most was how everyone always greeted my husband by his name. This does make a difference. I haven't met anyone who has not been cheerful, courteous and kind. I think my husband has been quite happy here and has had a rapport with all the staff.

My dad seems to be settling in well. The staff are all great with dad and give us support too. Thank you for all your great work and kindness, everyone is wonderful.

The staff carry out the care plan.

The staff are very caring and looked after mum really well. We are always made to feel welcome when we visit and they keep us informed of any issues or concerns. Mum considers this to be her home now and seems very happy here.

We built up a good relationship with all the staff at Marbrook. Both I and they would agree he was a challenging resident but he was shown dignity and respect at all times, he became very settled there and all staff were loving in their care and respect towards him. They are all an asset to Marbrook.

My son came in here unable to do anything for himself. The staff have been fantastic in helping him in his recovery.

The physio, OT, carers, reception staff have all been so kind, helpful and the amount of helpfulness is outstanding.

They have helped my son get ready for the next stage in his life.

From the very first day of my mother's stay, I found all the staff from reception to housekeeping always have a smile and a kind word. Mum has benefitted so much from her stay here. I would like to thank all the staff for their support over the last 6 weeks.
