Kiwi House Care Home

The place itself is well maintained nicely decorated. Always clean. The staff are exceptional and always at hand to care. The staff treat everyone including myself with dignity. Kiwi House has a lovely atmosphere. I loved my stay and I thank each and every one of you for making my short stay happy. If I had to come into care again Kiwi House would be at the top of my list outstanding,

This care home has to be seen to be believed. Every one of the staff from the management to the cleaners has been friendly and welcoming, caring and compassionate. They have been informative and helpful. I would also like to mention the night time staff, who when my mother had a fall during the night were attentive and caring reassuring her by laying next to her on the floor till the paramedics arrived to assess her. I cannot recommend them enough.

Staff and manager are very friendly. Mother has settled and is well looked after and clean, no complaints. When I need care I would choose Kiwi House.

I can't thank Kiwi House care home enough for the big difference they have made since my father started attending day care. The positive difference the amazing staff have made has led his care being increased from 1 day to 4 days per week. The care given is excellent, very caring and professional. I feel as if he is being dropped off at a five-star hotel. The environment is happy and lively. He is stimulated with the vast amount of activities. As family, we are welcome to all events and feel at home. Lots of luxury. Great respite for my mother, very compassionate care.

A care home that actually cares.

The staff are very friendly and efficient. The building resembles a lovely hotel rather than a care home and is always kept very clean and tidy. There is a very good selection of nice food and glass of wine is often offered with an evening meal. The staff make visitors very welcome, sometimes offering them a hot drink. Facilities are very good.

The staff are amazing! They show genuine care for the residents and nothing is too much trouble. As a relative, I always feel very welcome. The fact that my dad is here has put my mind at ease.

From visiting my nana she seems really enjoy her time here. The Facebook page keeps as updated as to what she is doing during the week.

Kiwi House is a superb care home. Grandma often thinks she is on holiday when we visit her and I can see why. The building is very well laid out with a great garden overlooking a park. The staff are always relaxed and make sure the residents are very well taken care of. There are lots of organised events and activities to keep the residents entertained. The onsite cinema and pub are a bonus. I hope this place is still going strong when I get older. Highly recommended.
