Whenever I visit my friend I am greeted by the staff in a warm friendly manner. I can ask questions about any queries I have whether they relate to health or business and I always get a quick satisfactory response. Staff go out of their way to help me.

My dad has lived at Claremont House for two years and I feel that he is very well looked after by the wonderful staff there who work very hard and do an amazing job. His room is very comfortable and he enjoys the food very much.

I continue to witness residents being treated with kindness and dignity. My cousin looks well and confirms that the food is good. My cousin voices her appreciation of the staff's kind treatment. Staff give me prompt feedback on her health and are quick to act when she is unwell and call the GP/ambulance
if needed. My cousin is on the memory impairment unit so usually does not remember that she has been hospitalised. The staff show care and empathy when helping her. I observe that when they talk to her it is in a friendly, personalised and interested way. The environment is spotlessly clean, fresh and welcoming. I feel that staff go the extra mile. A good example of this was the first-class Platinum Jubilee decorations. Fortunately, my cousin is still able to enjoy the fact that the environment is well kept and outside plant borders near the entrance are well maintained.

Very pleased with how my mother is looked after despite the problems that covid has impacted on the home. All the staff have treated her very well, even though she is sometimes very strong willed! Always get a warm welcome on arrival and any updates as required. The communication has been excellent.

In the last month or so that dad has been in Claremont House, he has been cared for extremely well. The staff are 100% committed to the patients and try to help by making their stay in Claremont House as comfortable and safe as possible. The staff are always very polite and helpful, adhering to needs
and requirements. I would have no hesitation about recommending Claremont House to anyone who requires their help.

I have been very well looked after indeed. Can't give the staff enough praise. I have been treated with dignity and respect. Even when I have had continence problems, staff have never made me feel embarrassed.
I have not joined in many activities because I chose not to but I am sure they are very
good.

Management and staff have continued to look after my Aunt very well despite the continuing pressures placed on them by the Covid 19 regulations. Although she misses the closeness of pre-Covid visits she values the friendliness of the staff and always seems to maintain her sense of humour.

My brothers and I have been so grateful to the whole team at Claremont House for the care and attention they have consistently given to Mum over the past few years. Their kindness and understanding to us during the lead up to Mum's recent passing has made a very difficult time that bit more bearable.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The staff at Claremont have been brilliant, especially under the coronavirus circumstances. They have tried to keep a smile on all residents faces, especially over the Christmas period, making Christmas Day as good as there could for the residents when the family could not come to see their loved ones.
The staff came to work and made the day as special as they could for them.

We looked at lots of care homes, trying to find the best place for my mum. Claremont House stood out for lots of reasons and was by far the best care home we visited - good quality rooms and facilities, but it was the care team that really stood out. Professional, friendly and, of course, caring. They
have done a really good job over the last year with COVID-19 - not an easy time, and they have kept on smiling and maintained a sense of humour.

My mums stay at Claremont started on lockdown day 2020. She has dementia, and we were struggling to keep her safe at home. The staff have been fantastic during what has been a very challenging year. Yes, I have not been able to see her as often as I would like or as close, but all restrictions have
been understandable, and it is her safety that counts, not my needs. Mum got Covid, and again, the staff were brilliant and understanding, and with the right care and measures of safety to protect everyone, she came through it. Looking after elderly residents with dementia is really hard it is a vocation. Every member of staff I have dealt with have been lovely, and despite still feeling guilty about taking my mum to be looked after by someone else, I feel that she is safe, well cared for and in the right place. When I saw her yesterday, she had her nails painted, her hair done, and looked very smart and was happy. The only improvement would be a better outside space.

Due to my mum's advanced dementia and her having a recent fall, we felt as a family, Mum needed a little bit of respite. Myself and my family spent time looking for the right place and decided together on Claremont House. Since being in Claremont House, my mum's health has improved massively. She is

My nana just moved into Claremont House, after a fall and being in hospital. She was very unwell at the time of moving in, however, since moving in she has really picked up. I ring regularly and the staff are always more than helpful, enabling me to speak to her and her sounding really happy, puts my
