My mam has been in the home since September 2025. Firstly she was in two different areas and we felt she needed more stimulation. The staff fully supported our 3 moves and couldn't thank them enough for their support and advice when trying to settle mam and have her love where she lives. Only today she bought an ornament that mentions home for her room which is great. The staff are so friendly and helpful and when I've had any worries I have no problem approaching who I need to.
The carers are amazing, understanding and patient!
The care home is absolutely gorgeous, and the grounds and surroundings are so peaceful and picturesque
The most important aspect of Grampian Court ar the staff. From the cleaners, catering staff, carers, activity coordinators, admin and management. Everyone knows all the residents. My mother is treated not only with respect (at all times) but with genuine care and friendship. The place feels like home - not a care home - a home. And also mum feels safe and feels 'at home'. Thank you.
My mam seems really happy. It's taken a lot of pressure off me to know that she is being looked after. All the staff are lovely and friendly. The valentines date my mam had was lovely. I am happy with everything, the food could be a bit better and warmer
Thank you for your review. Were pleased to hear that you are happy with the quality of care your mum receives at Grampian Court care home. Regarding the food, we will share your comments with the team, as we value all feedback and use it to make improvements where needed.
Best decision we made to move to this home - it's bright, clean and welcoming
So pleased to have our mam living in Grampian Court where we know she is being well looked after and safe. The staff are kind, caring and approachable. Mam has been a resident for 20 months and continues to be happy there. The standards are very high and feels more like a hotel than a care home. There are lots of activities and food is very good. Any queries are always dealt with efficiently. I would highly recommend Grampian. Excellent care home!
Lindsay is a shining star in the care team. Her dedication is wonderful and her singing always brings a smile to everyone's faces. Her care for the residents is first class and she always goes the extra mile ensuring the residents receive a top class service.
One word - 'excellent'
The staff are very friendly and welcoming, well run, and they have plenty activities for everyone to do
Overall - Excellence!
Couldn't get a nicer home staff, staff are really caring and efficient - give 110%. Always something going on for the residents to participate in loads of activities. The entertainment staff are so dedicated with residents participation. I would highly recommend Grampian Court Care Home.
As a family the process of moving mum from start to finish has been fabulous so much care and compassion not only for residents but also family members.
For the last two months Mam has had excellent support from all staff settling in her new home. All staff go out of there way to make her very comfortable without complaints. Nothing is a problem. If I have any queries the management make sure it is sorted out quickly and efficiently. All staff very pleasant. A very good decision putting mother in Grampian Court. Excellent!
My aunt has resided at Grampian Court Care Home for approx 2 years. I could not praise the staff (ALL STAFF) highly enough. They very quickly got to know my aunt and established excellent rapport with her. I know all people are different but they seem to very quickly grasp the way to help her without her losing her dignity (very important for a proud 95 year old) Would consider staff to be 'friends' now.
The home and office have been excellent in supporting us.
Thank you for your lovely review, we value all feedback as it helps us to make improvements where required and we will share your kind words with the team. Regarding Mum"s carpet a change has been requested and should be fitted very soon. Thank you, once again, for your kind words.
Very impressed with care given to my sister. Staff are always kind & considerate wth a great understanding of her condition - Dementia. Staff are very respectful. Having worked as a district nurse and also a nurse in charge of a local home Grampian Court rates 5 stars to me. Food served is of a very high standard. Laundry always freshly washed & ironed & rooms always clean. Excellent in my opinion. Activities for residents organised very well, always a fun day.
So pleased to have my mother staying here. Such a good reputation and justly so. Lovely staff, good attentive care all round living far away, its a great comfort knowing that she is in safe hands.
A beautiful residential home, tastefully decorated and residents rooms are very spacious. My mother receives an extremely high level of care. All staff are very caring, kind, welcoming creating a relaxing environment which is very calming for residents and visitors. All in all it is an absolute pleasure to visit Grampian Court and I feel welcome at any time. I am also kept very well informed of any issues, which are dealt with quickly
Overall the home is very pleasent. Staff are friendly and my parents are well looked after. Food is good. Some more social interaction would be of benefit.
Thank you for your review, we value all feedback as it helps us to make improvements where required. We are happy to hear that your parents have settled in well. We take great pride in providing excellent care. We appreciate your comments regarding the social interaction, please drop in on your next visit to discuss any concerns you may have.
Lovely staff who combine professionalism with a very caring attitude. Always keen to meet my mother's needs.
