As soon as we entered Grampian Court I knew my mother would be fine and well cared for. The staff are fantastic and very professional, seeing to all of my Mum's needs, making myself and family very welcome.

Staff are always bright and breezy, care for everyone individually, all of which promotes a really happy environment, which leaves us very assured that Mum is in the very best place for her and us.

I am pleased that Mam is looked after by a confident, friendly, well-trained staff in such a secure, comfortable, warm environment. Having worked for HC-One for many years, Emma closely shares the company’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She extends this caring approach to her Colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to Residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.
She also works hard to arrange events and activities with nearby schools and clubs and is always keen to include the local community in life at Grampian Court.
When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Emma remarked:
