The staff are very friendly, family members are made welcome. A record of events with photographs was an excellent idea as aunt had no memory of the activities she has been involved with. Grampian Court is very clean and has a pleasant homely feel with a lovely atmosphere,

This home is fantastic. The staff are helpful and kind. My mother thinks the world of her carers. Today I stayed and had lunch with my Mam, it was a lovely experience.

The care, support, encouragement and kindness he was shown by all the staff at Grampian Court was amazing. They always went beyond what was requested without being patronising. They allowed him to be as independent as he wanted but helped him be realistic. They were "family" not carers.
The home is scrupulously clean. Staff are friendly and caring. My friend is treated respectfully with dignity and is listened to. The meals are very good and arranged nicely on the plate. My friend is very satisfied with her care and so am I.

As a dedicated healthcare professional, Emma has gained a wealth of experience in providing care and nursing support to elderly people, to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards in care and quality of life for Residents.
Having worked for HC-One for many years, Emma closely shares the company’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She extends this caring approach to her Colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to Residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.
She also works hard to arrange events and activities with nearby schools and clubs and is always keen to include the local community in life at Grampian Court.
When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Emma remarked:
“I just love that no two days are ever the same, every day can be a new experience.”
Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending quality time with her two children, family and friends.
