Hello, my name is Elaine Ratcliffe, and I am the Home Manager here at Lincroft Meadow.

I joined the Lincroft Meadow team when our home was still a building site, so I have truly been here since the beginning! It was wonderful to see our home develop, but the most special moment for us was when we opened our doors and welcomed our very first residents.

I have worked in the care sector for 17 years, starting as a care assistant and working my way up to management roles. I am passionate about caring for our senior community, and I'm proud that my team share the same values.

My door is always open, so do pop in and see us whenever you'd like!

Hello, my name is Sheryl Despi, and I am the Deputy Manager here at Lincroft Meadow.

I work alongside Elaine, the Home Manager, to ensure that the quality of care delivered in our home is nothing short of excellent. I am a registered nurse by profession and have worked in the UK for more than 15 years. Like every member of our team, I am passionate about providing the best possible care for our residents.

Hello, my name is Emma, and I am the Non-Clinical Deputy Manager here at Lincroft Meadow.

I have been working in care since 2009, and I started my care career working in extra care and domiciliary care, providing care to people in their own homes. I have been a supervisor in an extra care setting for two years. In 2015, I moved to working in a care home and became a team leader. I have experience in dementia, nursing, intermediate and residential care.

I am passionate about working in care, and I feel privileged to have the opportunity to make a difference in our residents' lives every day.

Hello, my name is Suzi Morgan, and I am the Client Services Manager here at Lincroft Meadow.

Having worked in the care industry in a variety of roles for over sixteen years, I joined the team at Lincroft Meadow four years ago and can honestly say it is the nicest home I have ever worked in. There is a genuine team spirit here at Lincroft Meadow that makes it a pleasure to come to work every day.

My role as client services manager involves supporting people through the process of choosing a care home, and I find it incredibly rewarding to be able to provide guidance, reassurance and compassion at what is often a difficult time for individuals and their loved ones. I love the opportunity to be able to help every step of the way, from touring our home and moving to take advantage of everything we have to offer our residents.

Hello, my name is Charlotte Hewett, and I am the Activities Coordinator here at Lincroft Meadow.

Having studied Sport and Exercise Sciences for Health, I have developed an understanding and appreciation of the value of meaningful activities on an individual’s physical and mental wellbeing. Since working at Lincroft Meadow, it has been a delight to see our residents engage in the different activities we organise and the positive impact this has on their lives.

My team and I are passionate about offering a wide range of activities that cover a variety of interests, helping our residents improve their physical, social, and mental well-being. As a team, we strive to provide person-centred activities for all of our residents.

Hello, my name is Kerry, and I am the Home Trainer here at Lincroft Meadow.

I have over 15 years of experience in health and social care, from being a private carer to working in domiciliary care, and for the last nine years, I have worked in care homes. I joined Lincroft Meadow as a Health Care Assistant in 2020 and have been a Home Trainer since 2022.

I aim to ensure our team have the training and support necessary to provide our residents with top-quality care. In my role, I promote person-centred care and always speak to our residents for feedback. I love working with our team in the home, and not only sharing my knowledge and experience but learning from them too. I believe that small changes matter and can benefit an individual in all areas of their life.

I have a variety of qualifications, including a Level 3 Award in Education and Training, a Level 2 in Health and Social Care and a Level 4 Advanced Moving and Handling Trainer. Since August 2025, I have been undertaking my Level 4 Learning and Skills Mentor qualification.
