My mother has been at Lakeview Lodge for 7 years. The staff are always very kind and helpful. Mum is always happy and comfortable when we visit. We are very happy with Lakeview Lodge and very pleased we chose this home for mum.

My godfather has been living here since January 2026. I can honestly say this place is the best place possible. All the staff are wonderful. The care and welfare of the residents is second to none. The home is clean and tidy, the food is wholesome and plentiful. Family are made to feel welcome and encouraged to take part in the activities. The home has outside activities to include family and the community. I recommend this place to everyone I know and I am so glad that my godfather is a resident here

Lakeview went above and beyond for my grandad, his health, his care and his mental well being. They ensured he was as happy as physically possible, and catered to all his needs, including using an electric wheelchair to assist with his independence. Lakeview is the only place I would want to send another member of my family, as I know they would be cared for in the same way I would.
Thank you for your lovely review of Lakeview Lodge Care Home and for the care provided for your grandad. We are glad to hear that Lakeview Lodge would be the place you would recommend for other family members, when needed.

We decided to use the family room and ordered lunch for all the family. It was so lovely to sit around the table as a family. A delicious roast dinner and dessert was followed by a huge cake. We could wander around the garden, take some photos and enjoy just relaxing together. Thank you so much Lakeview.

My experience is generally excellent. Any issues are dealt with quickly. There are always activities to keep the residents stimulated and engaged. My only negative is the lack of air conditioning, Lakeview is stifling this time of year.
