Lakeview Lodge Care Home provides luxury residential and dementia care and support. Situated on the edge of the Newton Leys, overlooking the beautiful Little Willow Lake in the heart of rural Buckinghamshire and close to Bletchley and Milton Keynes, Lakeview Lodge Care Home offers person-centred care in luxury surroundings.

Personalised, family-led care is delivered by devoted and capable staff, highly competent in caring for the needs and wishes of each individual resident. The staff team are committed to ensuring strong links with the community and the care home places a strong emphasis on enhancing people's lives through the provision of meaningful, imaginative activities and opportunities.

Spread over three floors, Lakeview Lodge has 66 en-suite bedrooms, a hair salon, the Enigma café/bistro, a shop, a cinema room and numerous lounges and communal areas.

The home offers daily fine-dining with all meals cooked onsite to restaurant quality standards. The front of house hospitality team is on hand to provide residents with drinks and snacks at any time of the day.

The home's private dining room can be used by families to celebrate special events such as birthdays and anniversaries.

Mum has been a resident at Lakeview for three years. It is a well-appointed home with a clean, modern interior and excellent facilities. The last twelve months have been a trying time for everyone but especially care home, and I cannot praise highly enough the way in which Lakeview has dealt with Covid19
and the confidence that has given me. The staff have done an amazing job under difficult circumstances and have kept my mother safe and well for which I will always be very grateful.

During the most challenging times any of us can remember, Lakeview has continued to offer real support to my relative and excellent communication with me. I've felt included as part of the care team in a way I haven't experienced before with three other homes that close relatives stayed in. I get regular
calls and updates from Lakeview which means that my relative can be understood and cared for better. I am very grateful to the home for making it possible for my relative to move in during the pandemic, and taking such good care of him throughout the last nine months.

The staff at Lakeview do an incredible job. Particularly in the current climate. My mother-in-law is cared for with dignity and compassion. There are plenty of lovely activities for her to join in. She particularly likes the outings to local places and can’t wait for them to start again.

My mom has resided at Lakeview Lodge Care Home now for over 2 years and has been very happy, comfortable and well cared for during that time. I have always found the staff to be very professional, courteous, efficient and accommodating to the residents in their care and their families. Nothing is too
much trouble and they are very transparent in keeping the families up to date with ongoing changes and care of our loved ones. During the pandemic, I have been very impressed with regular updates about what is happening during this challenging time and the protection the home has given Mom during this time. Resident's safety and care are paramount and I have not had at anytime concerns about my Mom's well being. In fact I can say that Mom has thrived in Lakeview Lodge and it is a place that I have and would highly recommend to family and friends.

My auntie has lived at Lakeview Lodge for over a year now and my family and I are so pleased to see how easily she has settled down and to see how happy and content she is in her own way.
I am particularly pleased with how caring and approachable the staff are and just how far they go to ensure that
the residents are well cared for.
The staff provide a large variety of activities each day and all residents are encouraged to take part.
The home is immaculate with a lovely setting including a very attractive lake and wildlife and pathways for the residents to walk around.
My family and I are extremely happy with the way the home is managed and the management responds to queries and problems promptly and openly in a very pleasant manner. I have yet to come across a staff member who is not professional, cheerful and happy to ensure all people, both residents and family, are properly looked after.
I have no hesitation in recommending Lakeview Lodge Care Home.

My father lived at Lakeview Lodge for a couple of years. He was happy and settled there despite his significant dementia. It is very well located, the building and facilities are lovely, and it is very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I always felt that Dad was well cared for. I would

The staff are very helpful always on hand to assist and the male wellbeing coordinator is absolutely amazing with my grandad. Thank you to him and the rest of the staff. Not sure about the manager never spoke to her. Great work.

Excellent facility - my mother is very happy, and the staff are so professional. I would highly recommend this care home to anyone.

The care home staff here have always gone above and beyond for me and my family. At such a hard time, they have been there whenever we needed them. We really feel at ease knowing how comfortable they are and the attention to detail with the management staff has really blown me away.

Mum was made to feel extremely welcome on her arrival and she settled in very quickly.
The staff are very caring, there have been a couple of issues but they were soon resolved.

I was recommended this care home by one of the residents themselves as I was looking for a care home for my Grandmother. I felt welcome by the receptionist and I was given a tour by the manager who was able to answer all of my queries without hesitation. I found this very reassuring. The residents were
joining in with activities which were good to see and the home looked extremely well kept. I am very impressed with the service being offered here.

I was here to visit a friend and I am overwhelmed with the high standard of Lakeview Lodge.
The furniture - the colour schemes - the soft furnishings and accessories really enhance the whole place to make it feel more like a beautiful high-class hotel!

This is my second stay at Lakeview Care Home following two knee replacement surgeries.
On both occasions, you couldn't ask for better treatment.

I am so pleased at how happy Mum has been since moving to Lakeview Lodge.
The staff are so kind and caring; food excellent and the staff involve the residents in lots of activities to make them feel part of one large happy family.
