Thank you so much for this glorious review. I am incredibly proud of the staff team here at Oak Manor and I am so glad to hear from you that your Mother is very happy here. All of our staff have a comprehensive induction period which enables them to effectively work with our residents. I was glad to see your Mother enjoying the garden in the summer and next year there will be even more outside to enjoy. We absolutely are always looking to develop the home and I would urge anybody to speak to either myself or the Deputy Manager if you have any suggestions. We also have a suggestion box in the main foyer. We recognise that engagement is very important for older people, particularly those who are living with dementia and it is important that the carers stay with the residents as often as they can, which does include paperwork, instead of shutting themselves away.
