Overall Experience
We have found the whole experience to date with The Star & Garter to be excellent. From the initial enquiry, through the assessment to dad's arrival, they were thorough, attentive and extremely professional.

As a resident, dad is valued and cared for in a genuine and considerate manner. Staff have taken the time to understand his interests and needs. The home itself is spotless and really well appointed. Dad's room is spacious with a view onto a beautiful garden and his own pictures on the wall. Dad feels safe and loved.

I cannot describe how happy we are with the care my father receives from the staff.
He is a changed man.
So happy, more confident on his feet (the physio is amazing), and has a glow about him which we haven't seen for some time - thank you.

This was a very easy review to write.

Overall Experience

My twelve days of respite care have been some of the happiest ever. The multi-talented staff catered for every need and made me feel very special. It was as though I was a member of a happy family. My general health showed a rapid improvement with the help of the physio. Have no fear, I will return.
