My mum is happy in this modern care home. The team is friendly and helpful. She is looked after well. It would be nice if the weekends had more activities, as not all residents have visitors. The menu choice is good and varied.

Greenview Hall has provided my mother with amazing care. I cannot recommend it more highly. The care staff are all so friendly and helpful. The management team are brilliant and caring. Greenview cannot do more to look after my mum. Greenview is simply outstanding. It absolutely deserves an outstanding
certificate from the CQC on its latest inspection this year.

I moved into the home in February 2023. I would not pick one member of staff to highlight because everyone has made me feel welcome and at home. I enjoy the activities, and the staff take time to talk to me to pass the time. Whenever I need something for my room, they help e and always come quickly.
They stay in touch with my family and always welcome them to use the facilities on Mohter's Day/my birthday. I didn't think I'd be content with living in a care home, but the care and attention I receive here have really changed my mind.

My grandmother has been a resident at Greenview Hall since February this year. Our experience of the care home has been entirely positive. It was a big change for our family as my grandmother was previously living at home, and her health had deteriorated quickly. On admission, the team were lovely and
very supportive. It was an emotional day, but all the team, from reception, care staff and managers were so kind and supportive. Since moving in, everyone has gone above and beyond to make Greenview her home, from making a fuss on her birthday to helping her personalise her bedroom. I am entirely grateful that my grandmother is in the hands of such trustworthy people.

The carers and staff are all very pleasant, caring and obliging. One or two issues with things going missing but that's the nature of the place and residents. All spotlessly clean and Covid outbreaks dealt with promptly and efficiently.

In regards to lost items, items can sometimes go missing, such as small items of clothing like socks in our laundry or if residents have a specific mug they’ve bought from home they like to use, this may get misplaced if a member of housekeeping or the care team take this to clean for the resident – if any items go missing, please let us know and we’ll be happy to locate these for you. For valuables and money, we of course also have a safe in the home where we can store items too for safekeeping.

All the carers are very kind and professional and their communication with us is also very good. Mum would like a bit more variety in her food. Frequent help with the TV would also be appreciated.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Mum has settled in very well and enjoys the activities. It has been a great relief for the family to know that Mum is safe and being so well cared for. My only negative comment is the cost. The fees are very high and we are aware of residents who have sadly
had to move elsewhere following the recent increases.

In regards to cost, there are cheaper, as well as more expensive, care homes in the area, but we feel our prices are fair for the high standard of care and lifestyle we offer here, including amazing activities, food and care. We did have to change our prices (as did other care providers) recently due to inflation as, like everyone else, our costs in key areas such as heating and food have increased. When prices change we always communicate this clearly in advance to residents and their families and the General Manager's door is always open to anyone with questions or concerns were always here to help wherever we can.

My mother decided that she needed to go into a care home due to her physical condition. She visited four homes in the area and chose Greenview Hall. Three years later she is delighted she made that decision. She loves her room and small garden giving her great pleasure. The staff are all genuinely friendly,
helpful and kind. The accommodation is kept to the highest standard. The food is varied and well-presented. Mum confirmed only this week that she is thankful she chose Greenview Hall and is very happy here. I can only reiterate the above and am thankful for the care provided.

The care is excellent, which is the most important thing for us. The manager is lovely, kind and efficient. The dining service is excellent, the staff members go above and beyond. We had a fantastic festive Christmas meal. The cleanliness is to a high standard and nothing is ever too much trouble to

I wanted to personally write and say a massive thank you to the team at Greenview Hall!


My grandad is literally living his best life he is so happy settled and content. All the staff are helpful and friendly. They are so wonderful and amazing and have done such great things with him that he has

progressed so quickly and more than we could have imagined! He was so ill in hospital with constant chest infections / lost lots of weight / confusion / written off to ever being mobile in any way. He now can pick up a glass and a cup of tea / feed himself / and even more incredible he went from being hoisted to then using his wheelchair and frame and now it's mainly just the frame! This comes from the hard work and perseverance of the staff who look after him.


Nothing isn't ever too much bother for them.


I feel so grateful he is in such a fantastic place and being well looked after.


So, a huge thank you to all of the team! We think you're all amazing.

My father moved into Greenview Hall at the end of April 2022. I have been delighted with the care he has received. All the staff are very friendly - including a great reception team - very welcoming atmosphere. They have been very responsive to his needs and made adjustments to help him and he feels
very well looked after. It is a great relief to know he is safe - he was on his own at home with a care package before but this wasn't enough when he became more frail. They have organised the Parkinson's Nurse to come in and see him and that was great as he hadn't been seen face to face for 2 years because of Covid. The food is good and he is regaining weight now. The afternoon cakes are delicious! There are lots of activities although he's not so social so doesn't join in - and it is good that he can just stay in his room if he wants to. He likes coming down to the Bistro for coffee. I would happily recommend Greenview Hall.

It always feels really homely when I come to visit my mother. I feel so comfortable with her being here and being looked after. The staff are always welcoming and I know my mother is happy.

If I was rating Gracewell’s like a hotel then it would have to be seven stars. Service, Care, Food and Cleanliness all rate highly. What I love is how much pride the staff takes in their work, how they treat all the residents with dignity and how nothing is too much trouble. The activities programme
is unbelievable. There is always something going on to keep everyone stimulated and engaged. Gracewell’s have been unbelievable during lockdown and have done everything to keep the residents safe. Since becoming a resident at Woking my father has been so happy. He doesn’t have anything to worry about other than what to eat and what activities he’s going to do. I would check myself in now. Keep doing everything you’re doing at Gracewell’s. The care home industry could learn so much from you.

My husband got transferred to Gracewell of Woking from the hospital for respite stay which has been extended - very happy with the staff and activities. The care has been exceptional and I would recommend anyone to Gracewell that needed care.

My Nan lives at Gracewell of Woking- really anxious to move her in at first as she didn't want to leave her home. However, she has settled so well and its the best move we ever did. The staff are amazing and so caring. I could not ask for better. The activities are great that really keeps nan stimulated.

I stayed for 2 weeks respite care only. I found the whole experience a delight. Wonderful caring atmosphere, helpful and supportive staff. I needed a very limited diet and the kitchen did miracles with what they provided especially for me. I am so grateful to everyone for giving me back my mojo which
had deserted me after a hip replacement operation.
