It always feels really homely when I come to visit my mother. I feel so comfortable with her being here and being looked after. The staff are always welcoming and I know my mother is happy.

If I was rating Gracewell’s like a hotel then it would have to be seven stars. Service, Care, Food and Cleanliness all rate highly. What I love is how much pride the staff takes in their work, how they treat all the residents with dignity and how nothing is too much trouble. The activities programme
is unbelievable. There is always something going on to keep everyone stimulated and engaged. Gracewell’s have been unbelievable during lockdown and have done everything to keep the residents safe. Since becoming a resident at Woking my father has been so happy. He doesn’t have anything to worry about other than what to eat and what activities he’s going to do. I would check myself in now. Keep doing everything you’re doing at Gracewell’s. The care home industry could learn so much from you.

My husband got transferred to Gracewell of Woking from the hospital for respite stay which has been extended - very happy with the staff and activities. The care has been exceptional and I would recommend anyone to Gracewell that needed care.

My Nan lives at Gracewell of Woking- really anxious to move her in at first as she didn't want to leave her home. However, she has settled so well and its the best move we ever did. The staff are amazing and so caring. I could not ask for better. The activities are great that really keeps nan stimulated.

I stayed for 2 weeks respite care only. I found the whole experience a delight. Wonderful caring atmosphere, helpful and supportive staff. I needed a very limited diet and the kitchen did miracles with what they provided especially for me. I am so grateful to everyone for giving me back my mojo which
had deserted me after a hip replacement operation.

My mum lives at Gracewell of Woking and I could not be happier. The carers know my mum so well and ensure that she has everything she needs on a daily basis. She has Dementia and the care team are trained to such a high standard. I can visit my mum and when I leave her I feel happy and relaxed knowing
that I am leaving her in safe hands. The activities/events are great and really get my mum stimulated. I am so pleased my mum has so much individual time spent with her as this has helped her confidence grow.

My mother has been a resident for almost two years (October). She has Parkinson's and this is managed well. Any issues relating to anything is resolved quickly. Fairy good communication between staff and family. Excellent activities and encouragement to join in. Kind and caring staff.

This has been a very difficult time for all family members. Gracewell of Woking has pulled out all the steps for myself and my family. We have had window visits with my Grandmother too. She is kept very well entertained by the lovely activity ladies. The care team are amazing and cater to her every

The whole home in West End is very well run and the staff are excellent and caring to all residents. The food is excellent and it is a wide variety.
The rooms are big and with an ensuite bathroom, very generous size and always spotlessly clean. The nursing staff are excellent and on the ball and assist
the doctor once a week.

My mother has had the most wonderful care at Gracewell. Sadly she passed away on 18th December, but her final days were treated with greatest respect, dignity and love from all those who tended her. As a family, we couldn't have wished for better. Her whole stay at Gracewell was excellent.

I cannot praise this nursing home enough. My father had very challenging behaviour and they stuck with him, giving nothing but kindness. When he was having end of life treatment they were patient and compassionate. The home was spotless and everyone from the cleaner to the manager was brilliant.

We were escorted by a member of staff who greeted us with a huge warm smile, she made us feel very comfortable. We were introduced to a number of staff and residents whom all seemed very happy and content. It was obvious there was a good bond and family feeling at Gracewell of Woking. I have never seen
my mum smile so much. The staff member who greeted us knew everyone by name which I thought was lovely.
Gracewell of Woking is immaculate, my mum's bedroom is fantastic with a lovely patio. This place is more akin to a 5-star hotel and I'm positive my mum will be very happy here.

Our elderly father moved into Gracewell of Woking 6 weeks ago and from the moment we walked in, felt totally at home. The care he has is second to none, all the staff (Reception, Admin, Carers, Nurses, Activities and Catering) are excellent and can't do enough for him or us. The food is delicious
and appetizing, the rooms are beautifully decorated to 5* quality and we couldn't ask for anything more. The whole visiting experience for us as his children is a brilliant one and it's a joy to visit him. In his own words (and compliments from him are not dealt out readily!) are that he "couldn't be in a better place, and is very lucky to be able to live in such a wonderful place and he is very happy and the staff are so helpful and look after him very well". We are so happy that he is settled and happy and cannot recommend this care home enough. Thank you from all of us for looking after him and making his life a so much happier one and for also making his family so welcome.
