Hello, my name is Geraldine, and welcome to Chelmunds Court. I have 21 years of experience in care and have been proud to be part of the Runwood Homes family since 2012. One of my strongest qualities is taking on challenges, which has helped me grow into a better leader and mentor.

I am passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of our residents, their families, and our staff. At Chelmunds Court, residents enjoy a safe, homely environment, filled with laughter and supported by a friendly, caring, and highly skilled team.

I'm Glenda. The Home Administrator Chelmunds Court with 3 years of experience.

I am a dedicated and detail-orientated administrator with three years of professional experience in managing payroll processes with zero errors, adeptly handling multitasking responsibilities, and analysing challenges to implement effective solutions. I take pride in my ability to greet visitors warmly and make them feel welcome, always with a smile.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Philippines and previously served as an assistant manager at one of the largest banks in my home country. Transitioning to a new work environment here, I am proud of my achievements, including maintaining error-free payroll management, ensuring no staff complaints regarding wages or overbudgeting, achieving a consistent 99% score in e-learning initiatives, and managing service orders and self-funding contracts seamlessly without complaints.

Beyond my professional responsibilities, I bring humour and positivity to the workplace, often described as having a contagious laugh. In my personal time, I enjoy watching Korean dramas, gardening, and travelling. I am passionate about continuous growth and delivering excellence in every aspect of my role.

I'm Adele. I'm the Deputy Manager at Chelmunds Court.

With six years of experience in care, I’m dedicated to making a difference in the lives of my residents. My journey began as a carer, where I discovered my passion for bringing joy and comfort to others. I advanced to CTL, pursued a degree in mental health nursing, and am now proud to serve as a Deputy Manager.

Every day, I strive to make my residents' days brighter with smiles, jokes, and plenty of cuddles. Outside of work, I love reading, gardening, and spending quality time with my daughter. Seeing my residents happy is the most rewarding part of my role, and I’m committed to ensuring they feel valued and cared for every day.

Hi, I’m Shawn, the Care Team Leader at Chelmunds Court, where I’ve been proudly working for 3 years. I love uncovering fun facts about people and enjoy connecting with staff, residents, and their families. Problem-solving is one of my strengths, and I thrive in building a supportive community.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the Philippines, and my ultimate life goal is to taste every cuisine the world has to offer. When I’m not at work, you’ll find me at the cinema, cooking up something delicious, or even tackling a satisfying pile of laundry.

Hi, I'm Melanie! I've been the Cook at Chelmunds Court for the past 7 years, and I absolutely love it here. The best part of my job is spending time with our wonderful residents—they make every day special.

When I'm not in the kitchen, I enjoy travelling to new places and watching great films.
