The food is excellent, varied and so enjoyable and it's hot which is a bonus. The activities are varied and so well organised and I have been on trips to the cathedral, all thoroughly enjoyable. People comment on how well cared for I look and I do. I'm so happy in my new environment.

We are delighted you enjoyed your visit. We understand that as you travelled from Canada that it will hard for you to recommend our home to anyone out there but we are delighted that your experience was such a great one and you praised every aspect. If you do return back to the UK do please come and see us again.
Excellent.
Excellent.
This is my first visit to a friend who has recently moved in. My wife and I are very impressed with what we have seen. We are not aware of all the experiences or facilities, suffice it to say that we are very happy that our friend is in safe hands and will be well cared for.

My mother-in-law had experienced a number of falls and subsequently lost a lot of confidence. Since being at Brockington House I have noticed a vast improvement to her overall demeanour. All the staff are so attentive. Nothing is too much trouble.

Thank you for your fabulous comments, we are very proud of our home too.
Very well provisioned new home in a new purpose-built building. Mum has been here three weeks so far (The home only opened in August 2019) and seems very happy with the care and the facilities.

Three weeks ago today I supported my Mum to move into Brockington House. Moving your Mum as she approaches her 100th birthday is not something you do lightly. I knew that any move would mean challenges for Mum. Seeing her today, she is hardly recognisable as the same person who arrived three weeks ago. She has absolutely blossomed under the brilliant care of the Home Director's amazing team. She is totally respected for the individual she is. The service provided is shaped around her needs, wishes and interests. There is certainly no hint of 'one size fits all' at Brockington House. I can now sleep easy once again knowing that Mum will be receiving the best care possible for the rest of her days, in what is more like a 5* hotel with a Michelin star restaurant than a care home. Well done and thank you so much to each and every member of the team. Keep up the good work, I know you will.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. It is a privilege to be able to care for your Mum and we are thrilled how she is settling into her new home.
