The home is exceptionally clean-10 out of 10 for cleanliness. The meals are varied, nutritious, and beautifully presented, catering to a range of tastes and dietary needs. There is also an excellent programme of activities and entertainment, ensuring residents are engaged, happy, and able to enjoy each day.
Visitors are always made to feel welcome at any time, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere for both residents and their families.
I would highly recommend Cavendish Park Care Home to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and welcoming environment for their loved one.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review. It means so much to us that you are so happy with the care we provide for your loved one, and of course we love seeing you too!
It is a huge decision placing a loved one into a Care Home. We definitely made the right decision placing Mum at Cavendish Park.
When she was admitted her life expectancy was considered to be a matter of days or a maximum of a few weeks.
I am pleased to say that this was not to be the case. Thanks to the care she received there was a great improvement and within a month we had moved some of her own furniture into her room and she was being hoisted out of bed, eating in the dining room, and enjoying the various activities and entertainment that the home offers. We enjoyed time in the gardens and some family celebrations.
Every member of staff greets you with warmth and compassion and treat their residents with kindness and respect. I cannot praise them enough for all they do.
Thank you Team Cavendish Park.
Thank you so much for your kind words. Mum was much loved by the whole team and it was a privilege to care for her.
Mum moved into Cavendish Park from hospital for end of life care last year June. We felt welcomed from the moment we walked into the home. The care mum received as a resident was exceptional and I have no doubt that the quality of care she received extended her life by several months. All the staff who looked after her treated her with kindness and respect and it was comforting for us to know that she was being so well looked after. The staff also looked after and cared for us during some difficult times. It is a great comfort for us to know that she passed away peacefully in a loving and calm environment. We are so grateful for the love and support that mum received during the last year of her life, and for the kindness and support we have received whilst mum has been there. Cavendish Park really is a wonderful place.
Thank you so much for your kind words. Mum was a very special lady and it was an honour to care for her.
Mum was admitted to Cavendish Park for "end of life" nursing care in June 2025. . Her bright room on the first floor was always comfortable and clean. The care she received was magnificent from her arrival and after a few days she was able to enjoy meals and company in the dining room! This was just the beginning of the attention given to both her physical and mental well being. During her 11 month stay we enjoyed time in the gardens, as a family celebrated her 97th birthday, as well as Christmas, Mothers Day and Easter! Cavendish Park is very special. Everyone greets you with warmth. The nurses and clinical staff exude compassion. The carers take time to know the residents and always treat them well and with good humour. The housekeeping, laundry and catering teams do an amazing job . We always feel welcomed into the home at reception. I cannot praise or thank you enough for Mum's wonderful care . Everything has been faultless. Thank you all
Thank you so much for your kind words, it means so much to the teams to be recognised.
My mother Thelma lived in Cavendish Park Care Home from January 7th 2026. The home was warm and welcoming. The room was always kept clean and tidy. It was very nice to have meals cooked for her and she enjoyed them, including a pudding. The staff are very caring and kind and help in all aspects of her life. I would recommend this home to anyone.
Thank you so much for your kind review, it was our pleasure and privilege to care for Mum.
Me and my sister started to look into the possibility of a care home , Cavendish Park was recommended to us and after a phone call arrived there to have a look around.
I think that after the first 10 minutes of being there our minds were made up to try and let mum stay here.
Mel the manager was really clear and helpful about everything we needed to know ,there was a room available and she reserved this for mum for when she came out of hospital, a lovely lady visited mum in hospital for an assessment and mum arrived two days later to a really friendly, professional home. The facilities are wonderful, with very genuinely caring staff, family can visit at anytime and made most welcome. I would have absolutely no concerns about letting a loved one stay here.
The very best.
Thank you so much, it has been a pleasure to welcome you all to our Cavendish Park family!
Shes adjusting slowly (which of course will always be the case) but the facilities are truly outstanding. with rooms cleaned daily, modern amenities and daily laundry done also, its a comfort for not only her, but also ourselves.
members of staff seem very friendly from the receptionist, to the carers and of course Rob the chef (always smiling, always checking in and always cooking great food, an absolute credit to the company and my grandma agrees also)
Thank you for your review, it's lovely that all of our teams are appreciated.
The team are all fantastic and that's due to the amazing leadership of the home management- who are professional, accessible, friendly and consistent. Mum's room and the public areas are beautiful and well maintained. The housekeeping team are exceptional. I cannot remember a single time when there's been an issue with laundry. The team of nurses and carers, who look after Mum day to day, are wonderful and have always treated Mum with great kindness, dignity and respect- especially as her needs have changed. As for activities - well- there's always something different going on and the range is fantastic and high quality. We could not wish for a better, happier home.
Thank you so much for a wonderful review, we adore Mum, and of course love to see you too.
good humour and re-assurance. High standards are always maintained at CP - whether in cleanliness, a warm welcome, access to activities, humour and calm re-assurance/flexibility in meeting residents needs. Everybody in the staff team is approachable and nothing is too much trouble for them. Staff members are all proactive in making sure residents needs are met.
Thank you for your kind words, your Aunt is a well loved member of our Cavendish Park family!
My lovely Mum has been a happy resident since 2022 and I have not seen her so happy in years. She has numerous activities to choose from and enjoys engaging with other residents.
Each floor has its own restaurant and lounge as well as The Bistro on the ground floor where most activities take place.
There is also a private dining room available for family functions. The cinema is also on the ground floor.
Nothing is too much trouble for the cheerful and professional staff, who treat the residents with care and respect. There are regular residents and relatives meetings to take feedback and keep everyone up to date.
Put simply, it is a residence that I would aspire to stay in my later years.
Thank you so much for your lovely review and we are so pleased that Mum is always very happy!
The place is so clean and tidy but also feels comfortable with lots of different areas to sit chat have a coffee and enjoy amazing cakes.
The whole staff team are kind, approachable and are helping Mum to settle in where we are confident she will have the best care and fun possible.
Thank you so much for your kind words, we are happy to welcome you all to the Cavendish Park family!
They have treated my father with Dignity & Care as if he is a member of there own family and my Father has been very happy there .
I cannot recommend them highly enough
Thank you so much for your review. Your Father is a much loved member of our Cavendish family and a pleasure to care for!
My mother-in-law recently made the difficult decision to go into residential care. Having visited several in the area, we are so glad that we chose Cavendish Park. Right from the outset the Cavendish Park team have been outstanding. Compassionate, friendly and caring with nothing being too much trouble. The home is clean, well managed with a lot of activities. I can't recommend them enough and I can only hope that if I ever need that level of care there will be somewhere like Cavendish Park for me.
Thank you so much, your kind words mean a lot to the teams!
My mother went into respite care at the end of last year and is now a permanent resident.
From the very first contact with Cavendish Park my experience has been absolutely first class. The staff are welcoming, professional and compassionate; the premises are like a five star hotel; the food is excellent and the activities are wide ranging and inclusive.
The whole family feel very fortunate that Mum is receiving the very best support and care in a safe and happy environment which provides absolute peace of mind for us all.
Thank you so much for your review, it means so much to the teams!
All the team at Cavendish Park are extremely professional, friendly and caring. From the moment Mum became a resident at the home, we knew she was in safe hands. We are always greeted with a smile and there is always somebody on hand if we have any concerns or need to speak to someone about Mum's care. Mum loves the different activities and staff will tailor activities to what Mum most enjoys. We know that Mum's physical and mental health needs are being considered every day. Having dementia must be confusing and sometimes scary for Mum. As relatives we were so relieved to find somewhere we felt would give our Mum the best care for this stage in her life.
Thank you so much for your kind review, you are all such a lovely family and it is a pleasure to look after your wonderful Mum!
There is a wide variety of activities on offer every day.
I would recommend to other people.
Thank you for your review! We love seeing you whenever you visit and you will always have a warm welcome!
Every time I visit my mum she says of Cavendish house "It couldn't be better". She enjoys her lovely room and the equally nice communal areas. All the staff are very friendly, kind and helpful. Her mental and physical health are well looked after - she enjoys the range of different activities, including the regular events and special occasions. She enjoys her meals and there are always plenty of drinks and snacks available if desired. As a visiting relative I feel welcomed and at home, and am automatically included in any activities that I wish to join in with. As a family we feel very lucky indeed that mum has such a wonderful place to live.
Thank you so much, at Cavendish Park we love that families join in with our activities too!
The minute you arrive at CP you are greeted with a warm welcome. Reception staff can forget how emotional these visits can be but NOT at Cavendish Park. The care staff are also lovely. They speak to her in a caring ,nurturing way and nothing appears to be any trouble.
The activities team are extremely proactive in their roles. They offer a range of activities to suit all needs and interests.
The staff across the home are all warm, approachable and highly attentive. I can't thank them enough for caring for my wonderful MIL and would prebook my place in the future if possible!!
Thank you to the manager too who runs a great team.
Thank you so much for your lovely review, we are so happy to look after your loved one, she is a wonderful lady!
To know that mum is receiving the best care and that she is in safe hands when I leave, is of great comfort to me.
Thank you Cavendish Park
Thank you so much for your kind words, we all adore Mum, she has embraced life here and is a much loved member of the Cavendish Park family. And you too of course!
The staff of Cavendish Park looked after Mum in her last few weeks with care and dignity. Mum wasn't a highly tolerant person, but found the care she received fully met her needs and expectations. I'm glad we found Cavendish Park at just the time we needed them.
Thank you so much for your kind words, it was our pleasure to look after your Mum, and to be able to support you as a family too.

Hello, I'm Lucy.
I am the Administration Services Manager at the luxury care home Cavendish Park! I originally started as an Administrator back in June 2020.
I have worked in caring environments most of my working life – including nurseries and schools. I also have lots of experience in hospitality. Ultimately it didn’t give me the same buzz as working in care.
It was a goal of mine to join Cavendish Park for such a long time and when the time finally arose – I jumped at the chance! I feel it is very important not only to get to know residents and relatives but also your colleagues, as we spend every working day with our team. It is just lovely being part of the Cavendish Park Family.
To my surprise, I was nominated for Majesticare’s Star Awards 2023, for the Jedi Recognition Award, which is an award created by Majesticare recognising individuals who recognise the work of their fellow teammates. I was lucky enough to win the award and had the opportunity to attend the Majesticare Star Awards.

Hello, I am Kim, Lifestyle and Community Lead at our wonderful Care Home, Cavendish Park!
Until now I have never worked in a care home, I trained as a nurse at the beginning of my career, and after having my two children I worked for Age UK for a total of 25 years. In 2000, I moved from South London to live in Evesham and continued to work at Age UK Warwickshire for over 8 years before moving to Rooftop Housing Association as a health and well-being Co-Ordinator, for over 13 years.
Following a restructuring within the company, I decided to look for another post, and happily, I found this job. My work experience plus lifetime skills within health promotion and the well-being field have given me the perfect balance to fit into this role.
At Cavendish Park, I currently run a series of groups and events completely open to the local community including our monthly Community Coffee Morning as well as my Singing for Wellbeing Group, Parkinson's Support Group and my Knit and Natter Group. I have built a real support network among our residents, team and Cavendish Park community.
