This is my fourth care home in three years and this is the best by far. Staff are all helpful with a smile and good fun and sense of humour. The manager is amazing - approachable, kind, caring and listens with positive action. Teamwork amazing. Rolls Royce of care homes at last.
It may not have been written in the stars but this somehow feels it was meant to be. I think I should be thanking you for adding such vibrancy and character into Banstead Manor, in addition to acknowledging the kind comments in your feedback review. That said, I see we do have work to do so onwards and upwards.
This care home is extremely perfect in all aspects in all areas. I could not be happier!
It must be catching because we all have that ‘happy feeling’ in Banstead Manor. I’m sure its because we feel truly privileged to be a part of creating your home from home.
Very impressed with 85% of what is offered. Staff are very helpful and caring. Activities like Tai Chi and seated exercise classes are very helpful and having hair and nails done weekly helps to keep life normal. My visitors enjoy coming to see me and appreciate the drinks and biscuits provided freely. As it is new, there are obviously a few setbacks. My only worry is the laundry which isn't running 100% due to the naming of laundry items. I am still quite new but hopeful. I don't think I could have found anything better.
Thank you for your 85% rating indicating we have made a good start in a very short timeline. I am always one to recognise a challenge and the team, led by Fiona will rally round to ‘iron’ out any inconsistency in the laundry process.
I have found the home to be very welcoming. The staff are helpful, friendly and reassuring. Daily activities are arranged and family events have included a bbq and tea party.
We value all feedback and thank you for taking the time to submit this review. Although early days, we have thoroughly enjoyed the time together and feel sure there will be many memorable moments in the months and years ahead.
I am happy living here. Generally speaking, I think the care and support I get here is very good. If I need any help, I can press my button and someone will come to me, they will come and help me to get into bed. My room is very comfortable. The cleaners are very good at looking after my room and bathroom. The food is always good. They always check the windows and doors every night, so I feel safe and secure.
We are grateful to receive such complimentary feedback and very happy too, knowing just how much you are enjoying all that Banstead Manor has to offer including a sense of complete safety and comfort.
My mother has been in Banstead Manor for six weeks and so far overall, my experience of the home has been good. Of course, there is always room for improvement in all areas. The customer service management has been extremely helpful with sorting out everything for my mother with moving in. Also, the staff have been extremely supportive in helping my mother to settle in as she does become extremely anxious about change. However, I have found in the area of maintenance to be rather slow eg, putting up shelving and pictures, hopefully this will be rectified. The reception staff are always helpful and go out of their way to sort out any queries.
Thank you for taking the time to review Banstead Manor Care Home. It is always helpful to receive feedback and I thank you for sharing your experience. It is particularly rewarding to learn that the team have been supportive of the moving process and of equal importance, reassuring to Mum throughout. I will ensure the final touches to create that home from home are completed.
My father in law went into Banstead Manor Care from the 14th August 2019. He was quite frail. My husband and I went on holiday for 11 days. When we came back dad was like a new person. We can only praise the staff that look after him, they are doing a very good job. We are very happy dad has been able to stay at this lovely home.
Thank you for taking the time to review Banstead Manor Care Home. I cannot thank you enough for submitting this review. I know the team feel privileged to be supporting your father-in-law and together with our community of residents, they are having a great time, particularly on the dance floor.
I would like to say how impressed I am with Banstead Manor Care Home. The care given is wonderful and there is such a welcoming atmosphere. The food is excellent and all the carers and staff are so approachable. My sister is extremely happy there.
Thank you for taking the time to review Banstead Manor Care Home. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and I am delighted to discover that we have excelled in all areas and that your sister is “extremely happy”.
The meal was delicious, served by an engaging and bright young woman with excellent social and communication skills. Throughout the home, the décor and fittings were tastefully reflecting the light and airy surroundings. The weekly activities timetable clearly conveyed what was available for residents to participate in if they so wished.
All staff very helpful and nothing too much trouble.
Wonderful light, decorated rooms.
Every facility you need at hand.
Very pleasant afternoon visiting a friend. Decor amazing, attention to visitors and residents were very welcoming. Staff very attentive, friendly and caring.
The caring staff make every attempt to meet her needs which she so appreciates.
The food is excellent and my sister, who was not a food lover now looks forward to her next meal.
I would recommend Banstead Manor Care Home.
Thank you for taking the time to review Banstead Manor Care Home and for recommending Banstead Manor and for sharing your experiences of the care and hospitality on offer.
Because of the above, my husband has settled in so well and is happy and very content.

I have been with Banstead Manor since opening in 2019.
I am a registered nurse with over 10 years of experience, having spent most of that time in the care sector. I love my job at Banstead Manor, and having the opportunity to play a role in supporting the residents and team brings me great pride.
What makes Banstead truly special is the residents and the team. It really feels like home!

I’m excited to have taken on the role of Customer Relationship Manager here at Banstead Manor.
After nearly 20 years of customer relationship focused roles, I was delighted to be able to join the team and help and support our residents and families navigate their journey into finding the perfect care home.
I am proud to be working with a team of such wonderful care specialists and would be delighted to show you our beautiful home whilst demonstrating the thriving communities that we are passionate about here at Banstead Manor care home.
