Our weekly fees are individual to each of our residents and are subject to a pre-admission assessment, which is required to understand the level of care and support needed. Our 2025 weekly care fees for residential care start from £1344 but may be in the region of 30% more*. This depends on your care needs and the type of bedroom that is right for you, from our standard rooms through to our premium bedroom options.
*If you require more specialist care such as 1-2-1 support, your weekly fee could be higher.

Working for Sanctuary Care has allowed me to enrich my life by enriching the lives of others. I have received help for my support needs from the wonderful staff and that has allowed me to reach new heights. I feel so fulfilled after each shift because I know I’m doing good, and I love working in such a positive environment. Even on days where I struggle, I know that the team will help pick me up. It’s because of all this I am thankful to be a member of the Sanctuary team.
I have worked at Barony lodge for 3 years. I really enjoy supporting the residents in their day to day life. It’s a privilege to support them, and get to know them and find out about their life before coming into a care home. I believe when working in care you should care for residents how you would want a loved one to be cared for.
Taking care of other people has always been very rewarding for me. I believe that working in care gives me an opportunity to make a difference in people's lives. I am very passionate in everything that I do and I thank Barony Lodge for giving me the opportunity to do what I love.
