Millers Grange has a warm, friendly atmosphere and on each visit we make, we are welcomed as friends. The staff go above and beyond to ensure the residents are safe, comfortable and cared for with numerous outings and activities arranged to keep them stimulated. We are always kept informed of any problems and we know we can discuss things at any time with the staff. The food is fantastic, nutritious and varied and the birthday cakes cooked fresh by the chefs are amazing! The most important thing of all is the fact we know our mum is being so well cared for, we no longer have to worry about her and our visits are relaxed. I would recommend Millers Grange to anyone looking for a caring environment for their loved ones.

From the very first visit, we knew that this was where we wanted Mum to be cared for, everyone was so welcoming and friendly and the home was bright and cheerful.
We had many worries when Mum was living at home, was she eating? had she had a tumble? She didn’t have much interaction with others, all of those worries have completely disappeared. The food is amazing, three courses for lunch and dinner, tea and cake, and much more!
Daily activities and trips out are arranged and it’s so lovely to see the photos of Mum smiling and enjoying herself.
I cannot praise the staff enough, they are super with Mum and this shows with the smiles she gives them.
Thank you, Millers Grange, I will be recommending you every time.

She received truly exceptional care throughout: there were great facilities, accommodation and activities. But in particular, the staff were excellent. They did so much to ensure my family member was happy, comfortable and able to recover. Thank you for all the work you did and continue to do!

We’ve been overwhelmed with the friendliness and kindness of all the staff at Millers Grange, it has been a great help to us all knowing my nan is in good hands. It’s a hard decision choosing a place for a loved one to go stay but their support and professionalism made everything just that little bit easier. Thank you all so much.

We have nothing but positive comments. Our relative was well cared for during his time at Millers Grange and the level of care most certainly extended his life and definitely enhanced its quality. The whole team act with professionalism and display empathy giving us as relatives a great deal of comfort and peace of mind. Our relative’s end-of-life care was nothing short of superb and the staff supported us throughout with honest, clear communication and compassion. The home is warm and welcoming and we were encouraged to visit whenever we wanted. We would not hesitate in recommending Millers Grange.

My father-in-law has been at Millers Grange for nearly 3 years. He was admitted in March 2021 whilst Covid restrictions were still in place. Since these restrictions have been removed slowly I have been able to visit more and more often. The home facilities are very good with a hotel feel. The staff are all so lovely whatever jobs they are doing. My father-in-law has a great social life which makes me exhausted just looking at it. I would and do recommend Millers Grange to everyone.

I must admit that I didn't have a good impression of care homes generally prior to me having more direct experience. But I have to say that since my 97-year-old Mum moved into Millers Grange in July 2023 - I've been really impressed by the love and care she's been shown there. My Mum feels safe, secure and well looked after - we all need that as we approach the end of our days. I live locally, so it's also very easy for me to pop by and see Mum and the home is very flexible in that respect. Most importantly - all of the staff are great.
Hi Andrew, thank you very much for taking the time to leave us feedback about your experience at Millers Grange Care Home - Care UK we set a high standard for ourselves, so we are very pleased to hear that your experience with us has been a positive one.
All questions were dealt with quickly giving reassurance for myself that mother was being well looked after. A menu was provided for myself as she is vegetarian so I could talk to her about meals and help her choose if necessary. All visitors are made to feel most welcome.

My father moved to Millers Grange Witney in June 2023. He has dementia and I am very happy with the care he is getting. All the staff at Millers Grange are very helpful and friendly and go out of their way to help. The home has a very nice homely feel. It's very clean and tidy. The home does a lot of family events which is lovely.
Another 5* review! Thank you so much your feedback is much appreciated and our staff love to hear the positive feedback.
Since my granddad moved to Millers Grange Care Home from another care home, I could not rate this home more highly, he has settled in really well and the staff went above and beyond. We have been to a few of the family events that they have organised and they have been excellent and fun has been had by all.
At Millers Grange Care Home - Care UK, we set a high standard for ourselves, so we are very pleased to hear that your experience with us has been a positive one.
Excellent. Excellent. Excellent. Excellent. I am so glad that my mother spent her last eight months here. I was delighted that her church friends were welcomed. I loved being able to pour myself a hot chocolate and spend time with my mother, enjoying her, and leaving the care to others. Thank you Millers Grange. You are doing an excellent job! Strongly recommend you.
Thank you for taking the time to review us - much appreciated!

Meet the Team (1)

I’ve worked in the care sector all my career, initially providing hands-on care and later in management roles.
I even worked with a previous Prime Minister to improve dementia care standards. While I’m not a political person, it was amazing to provide expertise at that level.
My favourite part of the day is my morning round, when I say hello to all the residents and find out how they’re doing, and ensure they’re ready for a good day. There’s always a buzz about the place.
As well as care expertise, this role demands great teamwork, a listening ear, empathy and the ability to act quickly. This is the residents’ home, so if they, or their family, give us feedback, it’s vital that we’re quick to respond. The same applies to the team. A lot of my role is to support them to develop their strengths and do their best work so they can enhance residents’ lives.
